Stay at this perfect 1 bed 1 bath condo that is walking distance to old town and the entertainment district. Walk to the mall and shop as well as fine dine and entertainment. Close to everything that Scottsdale has to offer. Swim in the pools relax on the porch and enjoy the BBQ. On site Laundry and parking. Sleeps four and has parking as well as other amenities. Enjoy the internet and the new 65 inch tv. Three day minimum stay and long term discounts available.

We had a great stay. The complex is pet friendly with free pet waste stations. The condo provided everything we needed, is in a great location close to Scottsdale, and communication with the host was quick and easy.

For our weekend stay, the vibe from the owner was a little weird... There were signs in the unit to "replace any paper or other projects you use", "wash sheets and towels before you leave", "you are our guest, not a tenant". But there was no bath soap, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty (I bought bath soap & hand soap for the unit), to do laundry you had to use the 'laundromat' on site with you paying for it, and by the signage I guess the owner wanted us to replace the toilet paper we used??? That is not how I treat guests; as I said, a weird vibe.

Comfortable stay

Good location within walking distance to mall, food, community center. Had great water pressure with very nice shower, comfortable bed and living room furniture, big TV. Made good use of the pool and outdoor space.

Great Stay from January 12 - 25, 2025

If you're a couple looking for a condo for a few days or a few months, this is it. Felt like home the minute we walked in, so cozy and comfortable. A great location, very quiet, close to everything. Walked many times to Old Town, mall, restaurants. The pools and area are very nice also. Ken sent us the door codes and information, well in advance and everything worked out as it should of.

Great and convenient location, the accomadation itself is dated, furniture needs attention. The balcony was very small. The pool was nice to go along with beautiful weather. This was the first and hopefully the last time that I was instructed to launder the sheets- at my cost as well as replace anything I used?? Toilet paper ect. In my opinion I paid a cleaning fee and this should be part of it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this second-story condo. The location is terrific and right across the street from a very nice fashion mall. Unit was clean and well laid out. Water pressure was great and HVAC worked well. Nice furnishings and a comfortable bed! Highly recommend as a terrific value in Scottsdale!

Great place in the middle of EVERYTHING!

Ken, your place was a wonderful break from our daily lives. We enjoyed being close to literally everything. Anyone staying here be sure to try Ingo's, La Grande Orange, Vecina and Rehab Burger. Place was very convenient, close to pool and laundry. Quiet area with so much to do. We ran into a few little issues with the WiFi and Ken was very helpful and readily available. Thanks again for a great place to stay where we didn't feel like we had to break the bank! Very affordable. We will be back!!!

THE BEST STAY IN ARIZONA EVER!!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Ken's condo. The location is 2nd to none. Across the street from the best shopping in all of Arizona and walking distance to Old Town. The unit was nicely appointed and extremely quiet. Everyone was friendly and the pools were heated and a stones throw from our condo. In addition, Ken could not have been any nicer. When you add everything up staying at this unit was one of the best decisions we ever made!

Scottsdale Condo Stay

It was our second stay at this property. We have gone down to Scottsdale the last two year to participate in the MSBL World Series Tournament. It was everything we needed. Centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. It is much more comfortable and roomier than staying in a hotel room for 10 days. We hope to return again next year for our third stay. Owners Ken and Carol have a great place and respond quickly to questions and needs. Highly recomened this Condo to others.
