Beautiful, all new contemporary modern furnishings perfectly located Scottsdale condo! Close to all the shopping, restaurants, bars, and Scottsdale Fashion mall and Old Town Scottsdale, (many within walking distance!), swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi at complex. Completely renovated in 2022. There's so much Scottsdale has to offer especially with a location like this.

Perfect stay

The condo was very comfortable, updated and as presented in the listing. The lanai was great, comfy and private. Communication with Robert was excellent as was the communication with the host. Excellent location. We plan to stay there again in October.

Simply Superb

Very nice condo unit, full kitchen, very close to Old Town Scottsdale and its many attractions. Excellent and timely communication with owner. Accurate description of condo and owner’s welcome message contained every detail you would need. Check out instructions very simple and straightforward. Unit clearly shows pride of ownership and tastefully decorated. I look forward to returning!

Perfect Stay

We stayed for over a week at this fabulous Condo in Scottsdale. The condo has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Very clean and super cozy. We enjoyed many afternoons at the pool. Walk to Old Town is about 15 minutes away. The area is safe and there are many amenities close by.We had difficulties with our flight leaving the Phoenix area. Robert and Cyril were incredibly understanding, and helped us to navigate our extra nights stay. They were incredibly responsive to our message, and very kind. We had the best experience and will definitely stay here again when we return to the Scottsdale area.

This condo is so chic and classy, beautifully decorated and located a great location for everything fun in Scottsdale. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully updated condo

Short trip to find some sunshine! Enjoyed everything about the condo. Great location with proximity to museums, shopping , and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive . Don’t miss the wonderful botanical gardens!

Nicely remodeled condo with great walkability score

The unit was as described and has been updated and decorated in cheerful colors. We loved the patio and location. We arrived on a very warm day in Feb and the entire building was set for heat. There is no way to switch unit from heat to cool. Unit has several ceiling fans and owners have provided extra fans, so it was not a major issue. Property manager said that the date to switch varies, depending on the weather. Also, there is no recycling for the building, which might not matter to some. The pool is very nice, but gym was being repainted so we did not use those facilities. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Great Scottsdale condo

Super spotless apartment as advertised. Without a doubt the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Complex is very well maintained, the pool and hot tub were great. Owners were very friendly and very responsive. Walkable to Old Scottsdale and Fashion Square

Beautifully decorated condo

This condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped (except not a lot of bathroom or kitchen towels). We loved the outdoor lanai with comfy chairs. We had some glitches with not being given the correct door code so we had to wait outside the unit until we heard back from the owner with the correct one. Then, we could not sign in on wifi because they had the wrong password written in their emails and on the instruction sheet in the unit. The instruction sheets in the unit should be updated and more information given versus having to communicate via email especially with regard to operating heating/cooling systems and the need to used space heaters for heating. We did not use any of the building amenities but walked through them (the pool is in the middle of a group of buildings and this condo is one of the furthest away) and things are old and dirty and it's a lot smaller than it looks in the listing pictures so not really that inviting of a pool area if that's important to you.
