Wonderful Stay!

We loved the property. Beautiful backyard and a quiet neighborhood, it was very relaxing. The house was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I highly recommend this property for future renters. If I am ever back in Scottsdale, I am going to try to book this house again.

Scottsdale Girls Trip

We came to AZ for one of our friend’s weddings and to have a reunion since we hadn’t seen each other for a while. This house was the perfect set up for a friend group to stay at. We spent almost everyday in the backyard hanging out. The bedroom and bathroom set up is super nice. And we felt safe the entire time. We would totally stay here again!

A Gem of a listing

Came down to scottsdale for my friends bachelor party. There were 9 of us and this place fit everybody with ease. House is gorgeous, all the amenities are nicely kept. Location of this house is impeccable as well. If you’re looking for a place for a big group i would highly recommend this place.

Spacious for 7 ladies, kitchen was well equipped, centrally located from the airport, restaurants, stores and especially the tennis courts where our matches are held. The hot tub came in handy after our matches. Glad to know that they don't charge for having it on. We would definitely book it again if the Nationals is in Scottsdale. The pool was amazing.

There are definitely some updates needed to be made. The fans were annoying and never worked properly. You would turn one on in one room and it would instead turn it on in another room. Cosmetic issues such as dirty bathrooms, peeling paints, etc. Floors were filthy, we ended up wearing shoes the whole time indoors because of it. We paid for the pool to be heated even though it was upwards of 90's. Totally worth it and made the pool feel so great!

last minute summer trip..... to the heat

we were originally supposed to stay at another property in phoenix, unfortunately the backyard/pool area hadnt been cleaned. we called the contact to advise and they tried to get a pool guy..... we went to the market and by the time we returned they gave of the option of relocating. they basically upgraded us to a larger home and a great pool in scottsdale. i highly recommend their properties and appreciate their prompt response to getting us into another property in less than an hour
