The home was very clean!! Tim, the host, is incredibly responsive and took care of some minor issues immediately. Fun pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Close to old town and spring training stadiums. We were there for five days, two with grandchildren, who loved the pool and hot tub.

Lovely time in Scottsdale
We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The cozy home was well located. The patio was enjoyable with a wonderful hot tub and fire pit. The house had all the amenities we needed. It is located near old town and a short drive from museums and hiking. We will visit again!

Clean Scottsdale Home
As soon as we landed in Scottsdale and pick up our rental car my phone was ringing and it was the landlord, Tim. He wanted to let us know to call him if there was anything we needed that was not there and he would do his best to accommodate. We didn’t need anything. It is well equipped. We would/will stay there again. Nice property and friendly landlord. Excellent location to Old Town.

Great Stay In Scottsdale
We had a great stay at our rental while in Scottsdale. We loved the area and found the people to be very helpful and kind. The house was perfect for what we needed and the backyard area was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at this place. The host called me the day before and was very helpful asking if we needed anything and gave some great recommendations for our stay!

Family Time
We traveled from May gray in CA to get some sun and enjoy time by the pool. This place did not disappoint. The pool & spa were perfect for a few days of lounging, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, the house was clean and comfortable for our group and the cupboards were stocked with all the cooking and eating items we needed. There is so much to do in the area and when we ran into a minor issue ... Tim was all over it and helped us get the issue resolved.

We stayed here for a week with family while attending graduation ceremonies for our daughter. Great house in a great location super close to Old Town! Enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Beds were very comfortable. Only had one small issue and Tim was able to get a technician out to fix it in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Had three days of wedding festivities. Other than that, we spent the time in the hot tub and pool. Well actually the pool was too cold to really enjoy it. Wish there was a railing to get into pool and hot tub. Hard for senior to get in and out. On arrival notice food under patio table and a glass by the pool. Unfortunately we never got to use the beautiful grill. Enjoyed the fire pit at night while we played card games on th patio. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place anyone. Tim is a very attentive and accommodating host. Thanks for making this even more special for my family.

Beautiful house with perfect pool and spa
We did our annual Phoenix visit with family here in April. The house was perfect for us, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Most of all we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor grill and patio area. We had a few special requests and the host Tim was helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay
Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful home. Walking distance to a nice park and very easy to get around to Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale and Tempe. Our family loved the pool and hot tub set up. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner was super responsive to any questions. It felt comfortable from the minute we stepped inside. Highly recommend this home.

Awesome Property!!
We loved our stay at Tim’s place. The backyard oasis is beautiful with the hot tub (our favorite!!), pool, waterfall, grill, tiki torches, etc. House has everything we needed plus more. Tim was very accommodating and even stopped in to help with lights in the hot tub. I would def recommend this property, 5 stars!

Great home with backyard retreat!
Stayed with my husband and three kids. Check in was nice and easy. Quick and clear communication on any questions. Provided a pack n play with made things easier for us. Around the corner (walking distance) is a drive through coffee shop and a little park for the kids to play. Everyone loved the hot tub, a plus to put on the fire in the evenings. Thanks again.

I stayed here for the Ironman race in Tempe and was perfectly located. I enjoyed the house, it was clean and perfect to relax before and after my race. The backyard was amazing. The owners were great to communicate with and helped us with all our requests.

Great Location
We stayed here last week for 6 nights. A lovely house with a great pool and outside barbeque and fire pit. Spacious and comfortable. We had travelled from Los Angeles via Blythe the day before on a driving holiday so we were grateful to Tim to let us have the property earlier than stated. Very well-stocked with everything you could need. Instantly settled in! We had a problem with the pool heater that Tim flagged up himself before we arrived and it was sorted by first thing the next morning so we could enjoy the pool. Good communication all round. Very quick to respond to messages. We really couldn’t fault the house. A great Sonos sound system was available for us to enjoy. The only reason for the 4 stars for cleanliness was due to the kitchen linens/oven mits/ /crockery/table mats being in need of a wash……..but only a minor gripe!. I easily rectified this as washing machine and dryer supplied. Beds very comfortable….! You need to be able to climb into the master bed as it’s so high! We can recommend this great house and would stay here again if back in Scottsdale. Tim is a great host, thank you, Tim.

This was a wonderful house with a great pool/hot tub and the location was great. Close to Old Scottsdale, Top Golf and the Cubs Spring Training. It was perfect for us and Tim the Owner was easy to get ahold of and very gracious and kind. Overall you cannot go wrong with this property.

Delightful back yard!
If you enjoy being outdoors, this is a dream home. The spacious hot tub heated in only 45 minutes. The lovely pool has a beautiful waterfall at one end. Such a relaxing sound! The large BBQ and outdoor kitchen area are next to the easily turned on gas fire ring. We were only a mile from the Greenbelt where we love to bike. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were very comfortable in the home. It’s no longer a rental at this time.

I highly recommend this property! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I went for my bachelorette party and we had a blast. It was 10 minutes from the party scent and had a lovely pool and hot tub that was super relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would totally rent here again!!!

Ideal Desert Abode
We were in town for a few days and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The house has all the amenities one would need and everything is extremely well kept. The backyard is awesome with the pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and bbq; everything works perfectly and is fairly self explainable to operate. Tim the owner was courteous and easy to communicate with; I would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Very well maintained house with many amenities.
This is a spacious, well-maintained three bedroom, two bath home with a full size washer, dryer, and outdoor entertaining area complete with a pool, waterfall feature, hot tub/spa and built in gas grill on a patio. The living room area is very spacious with a gas fireplace and wide screen high definition TV. The master suite is separate from the other two bedrooms and has its own TV. One of the other two bedrooms also has a TV. The second bathroom is between the other two bedrooms. This house is conventiently located for visiting other attractions in the area, and there is a nearby park within walking distance. A great home for a family get away!

Enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped property. It is in a great location -- 20 min from Sky Harbor Airport, 12 min from Scottsdale Old Town, 1 min to Rt 101. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped; even an Instant Pot! The backyard is covered by the pool/hot tub/fire pit/BBQ/eating area. Used hot tub, lit by the fire pit. Owner Tim is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Home was very clean and centrally located to the four golf courses we played and to the brewers and Cubs parks where we attended games.The hot tub was excellent. We paid an extra $50 a day to heat the pool which was a waste since it never really got warm. But ,once again,we spent most of the time in the hot tub. We probably are going to try to book it again next year if it's available

Hi Gary. Thank you so much for your review! I had no idea the pool temp was not to your liking. When requested the pool is typically heated to 82-84 degrees and the hot tub is generally set to 100-102 degrees. The pool definitely feels cooler by comparison. I really wish you had let me know if there was any issue during your stay. I would have done everything within my power to make sure you were happy. I would love to host you again any time. This home is great very centerally located bueatiful back yard
Tim the owner was great to work with and provided everything that a guest needed from providing info about the area to providing everything from fully stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans etc. The backyard was fabulous with fire pit, pool, hot tub and waterfall. We were there for a golf outing and it was great to come back to that backyard and made great use of the great outdoor grill area and hottub. Tim definitely has a great home and I would highly recommend and hopefully be able to rent this home again!
