Fun in the sun

Great house for our family stay. Pool and backyard cabana/golf was a big hit! Love the close proximity to neighborhood park and grocery stores.

Labor Day Get-a-way

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood very close to many offerings. Well appointed and very comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of room to stretch out and the pool is a nice treat. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and a good location. Close to some great parks and shopping centers. Backyard is spacious. Pool is not heated so too cold to swim after a certain date. Would highly recommend this property to any family staying in the Peoria area

Phoenix area lacrosse tournament

Lovely and spacious home! The location was perfect as we had 3 boys playing in Peoria, Glendale & Phoenix. Plenty of room for everyone to gather but also chill & relax. Beautiful outside space as well. Close to grocery, shopping & restaurants. Great amenities and helpful management! Will stay again for our next Phoenix area tournament.

Great house!

Great house with plenty of space. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Nice pool and backyard space. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient location for baseball tourney playing at fields all around western suburbs. Several grocery stores close and not far from a number of restaurants. Very responsive and accommodating management. Would definitely stay again!

The beds were comfy. The towels were nice and fluffy. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for us. Lamps and luggage racks in the bedrooms would’ve been nice.

This is a nice, fully equipped home.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, new home. There was ample space for everyone. We had trouble with the WiFi. Unfortunately, we weren’t getting good cell service, so the lack of WiFi was a problem. We were communicating with the host and then the host just stopped responding. Luckily, one of our guests resolved the simple issue and we had WiFi! Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Family time

Our family enjoyed our time at the house. The location served us well to join a family gathering in Sun City West and was not far from the Phoenix Metro area. The kitchen was well stocked and had all appliances we needed for our stay. We look forward to coming back again.

Comfortable week

Great location, clean, updated home. Very comfortable stay. Nice kitchen. Newer appliances (but cheap furniture that isn’t going to age well). They have an office downstairs with computer desk, keyboard and mouse and a huge 27” monitor, and I was able to work comfortably. Master bedroom very roomy, with nice big bathroom. I’d definitely stay again.
