The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials to whip up a feast. The dining area comfortably seats your group, making meals and game plans a breeze.
For some indoor fun, head to the game room, fully equipped with air hockey and an arcade-style basketball game. Whether you’re competing for the high score or just enjoying some laughs, this space is perfect for quality time with loved ones.
Step outside to a backyard oasis that’s ready for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the sparkling HEATED pool, grill up your favorite meals on the BBQ, or lounge on the ample seating under the Arizona sun. This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take a minimum 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees depending on the temperatures outside.
Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
