One of the nicest properties we’ve experienced

Well-furnished, clean and comfortable accommodations. Backyard covered porch area was convenient and relaxing. Galley kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms clean, well-furnished with comfortable beds.

GCU GRAD STAY

This property was even better than we had anticipated. The hilight was the outdoor space. It was beautifully landscaped. In the evening hours the patio area was absolutely magical. Our family loved spending down time there.

Golf trip

Great place, very clean, close to the golf courses we played and easy to get on highway and get around. It’s a nice neighborhood and quiet at night. I would recommend this place.

Great Location near OldTown

We had a really nice stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to activities and really great restaurants. I was thoroughly impressed with how responsive the host was to a few requests mid-stay. We also utilized the free passes available and that was a fun perk.

Fun and relaxing

This house was perfect for us- my husband and me and another couple. The hot tub was perfect for a January getaway. There was plenty of living room seating so we could relax and visit. I can’t comment much on the kitchen because we didn’t really use it as this house was close to so many good restaurants.

Great home!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home during Spring Training! The house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We utilized the outdoor kitchen in the beautiful backyard. The house is in a good location to many restaurants, shopping , and it was easy to get to the baseball parks. The owners responded quickly to my questions, and check in/out was very smooth. We would definitely here stay again. Thank you!

Family friendly property

This was the perfect property for our casual family trip to AZ. Location is ideal to get to major attractions, kids loved the pool and was warm enough most of trip, and when we arrived we were pleased to find that it had nice additional touches like shampoo conditioner dispensers, plenty of towels, good kitchen ware etc. The hot tub and outdoor TV area was also a nice touch especially for evenings when the kids went down for sleep.

Great family getaway

Loved staying at the house. It was very comfortable and spacious for a family of five. House was well equipped with anything we needed and very clean. Host was extremely quick to respond to help us turn on the hot tub. One mile to downtown Scottsdale. Perfect location! Would definitely recommend.

Good energy in Scottsdale

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home in Scottsdale. if entertaining and cooking is your jam, the kitchen was very well stocked with anything needed to prepare a meal and drinks. There was even a well cabinet for making drinks and wine. Beds were cozy and rooms were as well. Plenty of closet space. Would definitely book this place again.

Great 3 bedroom home. Modern Appliances BBQ grill TV both indoor & outdoor Swimming Pool (Very clean) Lots of couch space in the living room. Very close to nightlife scene.

First Time VRBO...will repeat!

We sold our home and needed a place for a few more nights while closing. Great garage space upon entry for both of our cars and a spacious home that was impeccably clean and had all the essentials we didn't have. Grocery shopping at near-by store for coffee and our meals. Better than a hotel. Will stay with you when in the area again. Thank you.

Quiet oasis

We were thankful for this quiet neighborhood and large comfy place to stay after my father's outpatient procedure in the Scottsdale area. We enjoyed the large dining room table and the hottub in the backyard. We have talked about coming back in the summer months to enjoy the pool too. the pool, too!! Thank you!

Baseball get away

We enjoyed this house so much! It was clean and cozy! Plenty of dishes, towels and paper goods. The patio was nice and the landscaping was pristine. We loved the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!

-Dry soap drip from dispenser in 2nd washroom -problems with garage door(rectified) -gross scum line in hot tub( I cleaned it) - lighting system for pool and lights in hidden locations - The place was spacious and the amenities functioned for the most part - the location is absolutely perfect for a golf getaway. Easy access to the 101/202 freeways I think it needs a deep clean and maintenance fix from floor to ceiling.

Enjoyable stay

The house isn’t fancy but is very functional and has everything you need, especially in the kitchen and outdoor areas. It is great for entertaining. I appreciated the new towels and shower curtain, as well as the initial stock of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Everything was fine except they could use a better vacuum cleaner for our month long stay and the iron didn’t work at all. It was pricey for the month relative to properties in gated neighborhoods our friends stayed in.

The stay was great. Beds: 5/5 AMAZING beds Pool 4/5 We would recommend having a skimmer for guests to clean the top of the water as it did get quite dirty. Wish there would have been pool floats available. Response Time: 5/5 One of our room doors got locked and shut and within an hour we had someone at the home helping us. Home supplies: 5/5 We had everything we needed. A bug sprayer man did show up unexpectedly when we were outside. Overall I would recommend this home as we had a wonderful experience!
