Great Location near OldTown
We had a really nice stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to activities and really great restaurants. I was thoroughly impressed with how responsive the host was to a few requests mid-stay. We also utilized the free passes available and that was a fun perk.

Great 3 bedroom home. Modern Appliances BBQ grill TV both indoor & outdoor Swimming Pool (Very clean) Lots of couch space in the living room. Very close to nightlife scene.

Lovely home with backyard fun.
We stayed at this property for three weeks in the beginning of June. We were remodeling a condo in Tempe, and this was the perfect location for my daughter to get to work and for freeway access to our condo. The home is also close to three grocery stores, downtown Scottsdale, a park, and is on a very quiet cup-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Loved it. We parked both cars in the garage and had plenty of room for three adults and two dogs. The house is represented well in the pictures. Everything is well-organized with plenty of household items for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub many times. When we had problems with the pool and pub lights for outside, we had immediate assistance. The communication with the rental company was superb. We also used some of the activity discounts associated with the rental. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for a great stay in this lovely home.

Enjoyable stay
The house isn’t fancy but is very functional and has everything you need, especially in the kitchen and outdoor areas. It is great for entertaining. I appreciated the new towels and shower curtain, as well as the initial stock of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Everything was fine except they could use a better vacuum cleaner for our month long stay and the iron didn’t work at all. It was pricey for the month relative to properties in gated neighborhoods our friends stayed in.

Baseball get away
We enjoyed this house so much! It was clean and cozy! Plenty of dishes, towels and paper goods. The patio was nice and the landscaping was pristine. We loved the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!
