The house was the perfect place for our family to all come together to celebrate our son’s college graduation. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. We also left something behind and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we got it back. I highly recommend this property!

Backyard Pool Paradise

We had a lovely time staying at this vrbo. When we arrived everything was clean and ready for us. The palm trees were seeding when we arrived, so we had to skim the pool several times, but that is to be expected. There were 8 of us staying and there was plenty of room. The kitchen didn't have a ton of extra stuff, but it was well stocked and had enough for us. The beds were comfortable for the most part and the linens were clean. The pool was the best part of our experience. We spent a lot of time there. Having a private pool made all the difference! We had a couple of minor issues, but management was quick to help us solve them. The house was a great place to come home to after a long day or night out on the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great location but listing can be better

Overall, our stay was good. I didn't think of it until we got there to make sure the pool was heated which it wasn't. That's on me. The game table that's advertised was not there. It also said there were two air mattresses for us to use which we had to for our child. Both air mattresses have holes in them so that was no good. It was a great location, loved that there was a park just down the road. The toilet wouldn't work in the ensuite, we had to constantly use a bucket to fill it. Overall, the location was great but the house can use some updates.

We found this home that was within 30 miles of Spring Training. We enjoyed several games while we were there and loved the weather for the 4 days we stayed. It is close to a popular mall and grocery stores, as well as several restaurants.

The property has a lot of potential, however I was not satisfied with my stay. The linen was dirty, the WiFi didn’t work, living room had no cable channels, and second bathtub is backed up. I communicated with the property guest manager who advised me that they forgot to clean the blanket that was dirty , however there was no detergent in the home so I doubt any of the linen was washed. The guest property manager was very friendly and responded in an adequate amount of time, I only expressed my disdain for the soiled linen, after that, I was pretty much over it...

Nice house. Had 1 issue and spoke with manager right away and got a response. We opted for it to not be fixed until we left. But overall it was a nice stay. However, knowing when the yard guys were coming would have been a nice heads up. Freaked my parents out a little.

Older economy home

Fresh countertops and paint on a really old economy home. Plenty of towels. Only 1 key and no garage remote. Overflowing stinky trash by driveway for the 1st 2 days. Beds were comfortable if we were tired enough. Pool was cold and had cleaning tubes in it making it unusable anyway. Close to freeway which was great. Was quiet at night but we weren't there on the weekend. It was ok for the price and worked for us because we weren't there much anyway.
