Amazing Amenities Fun Space
The house is amazing. Fun games & more fun games, great pool, backyard is a great design! We loved having plenty of towels (bath & pool) & all the extra supplies you need! Garage was converted into the cool bunk room with slide. Kids loved having their own space & such a cool space at that! Kitchen has everything you could ask for, they have one of the best blenders in our opinion for smoothies & chopping (a Ninja). The only reason we cannot give this property 5 stars is because of a few issues we had at check in, with the A/C unit, location (limited food/shopping) & general communication with mgmt.
The lock box code didn’t work upon arrival. We called the number shared through a link sent to us (the link is to the guidebook). This was a cumbersome way to share details with a guest. No one answered the “emergency” number. We did receive the correct code after communicating through VRBO, not a big deal but not a very smooth process especially when we’ve started to unload the bags in 100 degree weather and we are locked out…guidebook did not have instructions about tvs, fans, and the alarm system…the only number shared was to the main mgmt company that did not answer.
We had issues with the A/C unit after the first night. It cooled fine but dripped all night & our kiddo woke up because his mattress was pretty wet. This was an issue our whole stay. We did use a 2 gallon cooler to catch the water (which was filled each morning). Mgmt was nice just not on sight.
