We really enjoyed our stay. Chris is a fabulous host. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms very clean, showers wonderful and a large and spacious home. We loved the pool, hot tub, and game room! The house was nice, we didn’t use the outside areas at all. The only issue was that the thermostat had a set limit to what you could set it too. It seemed like it had a lock on it once we tried to lower it at night! I disliked that but other than that it was a good, clean, and nice space.

Chris was very nice and communicated well. Property was cute and served its purpose. Beds were comfortable. House adequately stocked. Pool was NOT heated, which we weren’t aware of, but it worked fine. Hot tub could have used a good cleaning (lots of dirt at the bottom) but worked well. Dishwasher did not clean dishes well so we had to hand wash everything. All these things were not deal breakers, but nice to be aware of beforehand.

Perfect house for a staycation with the kids. Pool is fantastic, bigger than it appears in photos. Lots of great games to play, big and open kitchen that’s pretty well stocked with everything you might need. Very clean, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for bachelorette party

This rental was perfect! We loved the pool, there was plenty of space and the place had so many things we didn’t know we needed (a pump to blow up balloons, pump for floatys, left over decorations, etc). The manager allowed us to check in early and check out late and was extremely responsive. Highly recommend! Would stay again for another girls trip!

Great location for in home entertainment or Old Town access

This house was definitely an amazing choice for a group celebrating a birthday or a bachelor/bachelorette party. This property itself can fit a lot of people and has all the things you need to set it up as party central. If you're not into staying in, almost everything in Scottsdale is less than a 10 minute drive! Communication with the property owners was quick and they were willing to work with us on a early check in. Would 100% recommend to anyone going to Scottsdale!

This place was very nice place for a bachelor party. The house was very clean, had a poker table and nice size pool in the backyard. Also had a nice cornhole set. About a 10 minute ride from all of the bars… we had our friend Omar drive us back and forth to the bars on a pumped out golf cart. 10/10

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. The house was great for our family trip. My two recommendations are: a lock on the door to the pool. My 15 month old nephew could open the door and there is no gate around the pool. Also, some of the keypads did not always work.
