Fantastic Property

House was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We came in with a crew of 11 for a wedding and it was a great place to have some quiet. Host was great on communication and provided many essentials for being able to have meals at the house. Pool was great and backyard area with fireplace and grill met all our needs. Loved our time here.

Had a few glitches with internet, lighting and pool heater and think a better manual would be helpful - a paper one if the internet isn’t working. Quiet neighborhood - neighbors have signs upset with rental usage so we stayed clear. Pool and arcade were a big hit with kids.

Our family (6 adults and our 11 month old grandson) enjoyed our time at your beautiful home in Scottsdale. Your home is tastefully decorated with very comfortable furniture. We all slept well on comfy beds. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked w everything we needed to prepare meals. Although the weather wasn’t the greatest- we did have a couple days to enjoy the pool in your private oasis backyard. You responded immediately when we noticed your gutters were over flowing.due to heavy rain. (First rain for you in 6 months). The pool table, ping pong table and foosball were a hit- helped on the rainy days.We appreciated the recommendations in your manual. The aquarium was a highlight on one of the rainy days. Your pool maintenance person took very good care of the pool- - nice guy too.We walked to and played pickleball at the courts nearby. Found great coffee at nearby coffee shops. Great hiking, golf and shopping. Great dining at Isabella’s, Culinary Dropout and Grass Roots. WiFi worked great for a few in our group who needed to spend the day working. Thank you again for the detail you put into your home- we had a very enjoyable time at your lovely home.

Avoid at all costs!Will retain the security deposit with no notice and no justification. All outside furniture is broken. None of the games arcades are functional. No cold water in the kitchen faucet.

Perfect Vacation Stay

The property is just as advertised, well appointed, and clean. The service was excellent. It is easy walking distance to Kierland Commons. The streets were well lit and wide and we felt safe walking at night. The location is central and an easy Uber ride to Old Scottsdale and other Scottsdale tourist attractions. The backyard and pool were lovely - we enjoyed daily swims in the pool. The board games and arcade games were a fun addition. Overall it was an excellent experience and we look forward to our future stays at this location and other properties owned by this company.

Desert Oasis

A lovely well appointed home with a beautiful oasis backyard full of butterflies and the sound of birds. Pretty landscaping, fun outdoor fire pit and grill. Location is perfect in a quite neighborhood, close to kierland commons and more. The home is new, clean and stylishly decorated. Garage turned Game room was so cool and fun! Comfortable beds, good AC, and everything you need to cook can be found in the kitchen. Such a special home. Well organized and prepared to host guests, even had a cute dog run for my fur baby. Beds are very comfortable, good quality linens and towels. Jacuzzi tub and luxe shower in master bathroom made it a spa like experience, with plush robes provided. The owners put a lot of love, care and thought into this wonderful home. And they were very pleasant and prompt during all correspondence in regards to any questions I had about the house. 5 stars for the perfect relaxing getaway retreat. Can’t wait to be back!
