- This newly remodeled home in a quiet active adult retirement community is your perfect home away from home...home away from harsh winters. One guest must be at least 55 years old and no overnight guests under 19. Great open kitchen, smart tv's in each bedroom plus the main living area, a workspace, plus you can choose to purchase a guest pass at the local Recreational Centers to give you access to amenities that include 32 lawn bowling rinks, 30 bowling lanes, 30 pool/billiards/snooker tables, 27 tennis courts, 26 pickleball courts, 14 bocce ball courts, 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 4 fitness centers, 2 miniature golf courses, indoor track, 2 racquetball/handball courts, 2 ballrooms, softball field, and workspace for many clubs.
