Smoking / Vaping Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A minimum $550 violation fee applies, including $300 for special smoke removal equipment and $250 for additional cleaning.

Noise, Parties & Guests
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No parties, events, or unauthorized guests.
- Violation of this policy, including noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This ensures you are covered in case of unexpected changes to your plans, as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
