Nice place and great location

I stayed here with my 16 year-old daughter. Parking was easy and the location was great. We could walk to the mall and a number of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The apartment itself was a little dated, but everything else was great. The host was very communicative and you cannot beat the location. We could walk to lots of shopping and restaurants and Camelback Mountain was less than a mile away.

Quiet and convenient

First, it was nice and quiet, which was relaxing. Location was great - within walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Scottsdale. Highways for driving were easy to get to too.

Great location

Check in and communication was a breeze. Location was within walking distance to Fashion Square. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. The condo was cozy and clean. Will definitely stay again if it’s available. Thank you Ric!

Very acceptable accommodation in a superb location; Fashion Square is just across the street. The property was quiet and offered all amenities, however it does have only 1&1/2 bathrooms. Price was reasonable also. We were glad and pleasantly surprised to have found this place.

We enjoyed this property. We really appreciated all of the amenities. They thought of everything one would need without having to get in a car and try and locate the nearest store for coffee, paper towels etc etc. Everything was provided to make your stay comfortable. Bravo and Thank you

Old Scottsdale

Spacious and updated decor. Challenged to need 3 apps for this VRBO stay, especially relating to the laundry. Walkable adventures and close to hiking. Enjoyed the pool but no hottub.1 wine glass gotten broken. Sorry. Very well equipped kitchen.

Great long weekend in Scottsdale

We had a wonderful long weekend and settled in nicely. The host communicated clearly and kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay. The Keurig coffee maker(with pods supplied) was a life saver since we arrived late in the evening and couldn't get to the store. We were delighted to have coffee ready to go in the morning. 😀 The kitchen was well equipped to meet our cooking needs. Great location too-within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Great time for our first Scottsdale visit

This was our first time to Scottsdale and loved it. The condo is very close to Old Town and we were able to walk downtown. The pool was nice and warm and the condo itself was spotless!

Enjoyed our stay

We were here over Christmas and found the condo to serve all of our needs. It is attractively decorated and is very close to Old Town Scottsdale. We didn't use the pool at all due to temperature. I only wish it had a washer dryer in the unit. Loved the location!

Great experience!

Ric & Jen were great hosts! They made the check-in process very easy for my family and I and the property was clean upon arrival. Ric even emailed us to let us know that the apartment was ready a little earlier than our initial check-in time which was very nice. He was very responsive to any questions we had and the reminder email about check-out procedures was very helpful! We will book again if we are in the area.
