The Space:
Featuring Real wood flooring, custom wood shutters and wood blinds, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, seating for 6 in dining room plus a breakfast bar and large kitchen, it's own pool and spa as well as a small putting green, this property will not disappoint you!

The Master Bedroom has a King-size Sealy-Posturpedic mattress along with a 32' Flat screen HD TV (and cable) . The Master Bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a walk-in closet and its own full bath with granite countertops & double sinks.

The Second bedroom is very large and easily accommodates up to four guests. It has two queen-size beds, dresser, nightstand, full length mirror, a large closet and lots of room to spread out.

The second bathroom is lovely and spacious. It has a full size, walk-in shower with travertine tile and a custom vanity with a granite countertop.

The Living Room is huge and well-equipped with a sofa sectional that has recliners built in so you can enjoy lounging around or watching your favorites shows on the big screen TV.

In Addition, This home Features: All linens, towels, blankets, pillows, upgraded kitchen appliances & stainless steel fridge with water & ice maker, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, coffeemaker, blender, full-size built-in microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer, two HD TVs, Cable TV, WiFi and it's own garage with an automatic garage door opener.

POOL & SPA: The SPA is kept clean, ready for use and heated year round for our guests at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Please Note: The private pool IS NOT A HEATED POOL and, while it is available year-round, the water will be too cold to swim during Winter and Fall.

The home is located in a custom home neighborhood on a 1.5-acre lot. We are on-site owners who are available to you if you need anything but stay out-of-the-way if you don't. Our guests have the best of both worlds; Complete privacy but the confidence of knowing that we are available to answer questions or address any of their traveling needs.

2) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet/Animal" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.

3.We go to great lengths to make sure that each property is cleaned & sanitized properly prior to your arrival! We are fortunate to have a top-notch cleaning team that has been with us for over 8 years. Wonderful home away from home

This property was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area for the holidays. It was very clean and extra amenities like the hot tub, garage parking, and washer and dryer made it feel like home. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

True to the name “sweet escape”

We absolutely loved our time here! It was soComfy, clean, quiet location, grounds and home well maintained. Very accommodating and relaxing place. They even provided a cute welcome treat and wine which rarely happens at Vrbo’s. The only thing I wished that was better was a heated pool as it was too cold to swim in it last week of February and maybe some more pillows on the bed. Other than that it was perfect and we plan to come back for a visit very soon. Thanks again for helping make our time even more enjoyable.

The house was perfect for our family. Location was great! The WI-FI was poor , but that was the only thing. THe house was clean and manager great with responding to any questions! Great place!! WE love it!

Homely Stay

My family of six truly enjoyed our three night stay! My children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool. The home is very clean, roomy, cool, comfy and just a place like home. Location is away from street noise and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was a few minutes away from some shopping venues. We will definitely stay again, when we’re in the area.

Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean. Did not like that the check in information was not provided until 10 minutes before the check in time since we were driving. It was a little stressful the day of check in. Also did not like that you had to go out the front door to get to the back yard. But overall a nice home.

Amazing Get Away

Rural setting in an urban area. Well-equipped home with beautiful backyard with pool and hottub. My husband and I stayed here all week and had our son and family stay over part of the time. Such a beautiful relaxing time. Great communication with owners.

Beautiful pool area

I really enjoyed this property. The backyard was nicely landscaped and had plenty of seating. We felt like we had our own personal mini resort. The house was very clean with all needed amenities. We appreciated the comfortable living area and the AC working well during the hot Arizona afternoons. I had great communication with the host as well.

Sweet Escape

This property was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed the comforting atmosphere. If you want a clean beautiful house in a quiet acreage like neighbourhood this is the place for you. The home and backyard has everything you will need. The pool is refreshing on a hot day. The hot tub is a great way to end the night. Having a garage to park in is a bonus. Communication with owner is seamless. Would and will stay here again.

New Years Eve getaway

Overall it is a beautiful home. Pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing but be aware, the pool is not heated. With the outside temperature in the 60's, the pool water was too cold to use. We did use the spa which was warm and relaxing. The inside was decorated appropriately and the amenities were appreciated. Some repairs should be addressed. Overall our stay was very nice.

Great stay, wonderful clean property!

The sweet escape was all that and more. Everything was as advertised and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property was neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen and all we needed for a great stay. Some games or a deck of cards was the only thing we looked for and couldn't find. The welcome food and drinks in the fridge were a very nice touch. Communication with the owner was clear, timely and efficient. Location halfway between San Tan Center and downtown Gilbert was perfect for our needs. We loved the hot tub and back yard and even took a cold dip in the pool to cool off on a warm Feb. day. We could not recommend this place more and wound not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

The kids (ages 8, 12 & 19) were first through the front door (of course) and immediately overjoyed with excitement saying “this place is awesome”! The space was so open and welcoming and decorated perfectly to make it homey and relaxing. A home away from home for sure! The backyard was a relaxing enjoyable space and we got so much use out of the pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated, but being that we were visiting from New York in April the kids did not mind one bit and still swam even though the water was probably around 70 degrees! Mom & Dad stuck to the hot tub!! The grill as well as the patio furniture and table was perfect for when we grilled out for dinner one night. Such a clean and well taken care of property and close by stores and things to do. Our first trip to Arizona was 100% a success and wonderful memory!! Thank you for being such great hosts and for the special gift in the refrigerator!!
