Scottsdale Paradise

Large home centrally located near Scottsdale. Room looks better in person. Owners were easy to work with. We had 13 people and everyone loved their own rooms. Definitely will be rebooking this property again.

Excellent Business Retreat

I booked this home as a business retreat for 9 of us. The accommodations were excellent and the open main area was perfect for our meetings, including an 85" TV to cast to. The outdoor pool area was a great place to relax complete with hot tub, firepit, corn hole and relaxing seating. I will return.

Great property!

The house is very nice, and very large with plenty of space. We were impressed with how clean it was. Good location, excellent amenities. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, and the movie theater. The house is very well stocked, we didn’t have to purchase any kitchen or bathroom supplies. Management was very responsive. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend to others, and would come back again.

Great property to attend WM and golf !

The perfect property for a guys golf trip with dinners! Great location close to everything not to mention the property was so great we decided to eat or cook in a couple nights. The fire pit was the centerpiece for our group every morning and evening.

Great friend getaway spot

The property was very spacious and well appointed. It was the perfect setting for our group and we had a fantastic stay. The managers were very engaged and responsive. The only slight downside is that there are a lot of rules related to noise or otherwise disrupting the neighbors.

Great luxury property to stay at. Absolutely worth the value. However, lots of very strict rules to where it made the stay less enjoyable due to triple checking their detailed, specific instructions regarding AC temperature settings, chores, tasks, etc. - otherwise getting fined. All in all, still a great stay.

Everything as advertised and very nice. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook for our large group of 14 with ease. Pool was great. Some strict noise rules but we were able to manage. We would stay here again

Just as beautiful in person.

I love every inch of this home. Everyone had there own private space. I could have spent every day just relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi! It is very well stocked and labeled with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again! This home is even more beautiful in person.

Fantastic stay!

This is a fantastic property! Every detail is spot on. The property manager met us upon arrival and went over everything making check in a breeze. We had all the room we needed for our group. Privacy if you needed it and plenty of room group activities. Don’t think twice about booking this house. It’s a gem. Thanks for a great stay! See you next year.

Overall excellent house and true to the listing pictures and description...only potential snag was the outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs (AMAZING) sit under a gorgeous shade tree and unfortunately the birds like that tree so there is a lot of bird droppings in that area.

The PERFECT Stay in Scottsdale

We like to travel with family and friends and stay in high-end, luxurious homes. We often bring our wakeboarding boat...which obviously includes a large truck and trailer. The property easily accommodated all of our needs and surpassed our expectations. We had a minor issue with heating the spa. The property manager was there in MINUTES and quickly resolved the issue to ensure we all had a great stay. We are super grateful for RD and Jaxon for their assistance and guidance throughout our stay in Scottsdale. If you are seeking a FIRST CLASS stay at a large and beautiful home supported by a team of professionals committed to hospitality and ensuring that you enjoy your stay, then I STRONGLY recommend renting this property.
