Absolutely Perfect…!!!

I want to purchase this home. The location is perfect. The home is comfy, cozy, the yard is perfect. The view from the back yard is great…. The access to the hiking trails…. Who could ask for more….!!! Will definitely stay here again….!!!

Gorgeous property

This property was even better in person than the pics portrayed. Most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. Property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Only drawback is no pets allowed... and every 2nd year we take our dog to PHX :( So we will have to stay at a pet friendly property next year.

Great house

Easy location to access all areas of Phoenix. Lovely and clean interior space. It was almost too hot to enjoy the pool during middle of day. But nice to cool off.

From the entry instructions to the operation of many features, very little information was given, there was no binder at the house as I usually expect with VRBO properties and emails with questions were not returned. Many things also did not work like the indoor fireplace. Very frustrating but the location was great.

Beautiful home & location, pool/hot tub a disappointment

The house was beautiful and the location was great, however the pool and hot tub were murky/nasty during our entire stay, though we were told that the pool would clear up. We were never informed how to use the gas grill, fire pit, hot tub or outdoor lights until the 3rd day of our stay. Once informed that a remote was required to use many of these features we attempted to use the remote, it did not work. When the pool maintenance man checked it, he said the remote probably needed to be replaced, it never was. After the 3rd frustrating day of phone calls and text messages Management offered a refund. We're grateful for the refund but it was very stressful dealing with these issues.

Terrible management

Beautiful house with terrible management. From the moment I checked in the house it’s obvious they were not prepared. The wrong door code to get in set the alarm off at 1130 pm waking the neighbors. Pool heat didn’t work correctly for most of our stay. After calling and speaking to the manager several times, no action was taken until approximately our last 5 days of our stay. Also reported an animal in the attic 3 days in a row with no one coming out to check it out. Then the last 2 days the manager wouldn’t return calls. Casago management offered approximately $450 refund from our several thousand dollar trip. What a joke. I’ve never had any issues with any vrbo rentals but this time I learned a valuable lesson. How will you handle this casago or vrbo?

Amazing

Property had everything you could ever want/need. Location to Thunderbird trails unbelievable. Pool and seating areas plentiful. Kitchen stocked like someone lived there year round. Loved everything about our stay and would book again on our next stay in Arizona.

Wonderful experience

Management property was easy to reach, house was perfect size and well laid out, pool, bbq and other outdoor spaces were perfect for our family! Instacart delivered groceries, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, great walking trails right behind the house... I would 100% stay again! Fantastic

overall nice house

very hard to contact mgmt. co. also had a massive bee problem . mgmt. sent out two different company 's which didn't help then where going to send out the pool guy to put a chemical in the water they never came !

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful, easy to move around in for my dad with his walker. The landscape was so pretty. My niece and her boyfriend loved the hiking trails that were right behind the house, pool was great, we spent a lot of time there. Good location, many stores around close. The only issues we had were the ice maker quit working on our first full day, called the management company and they were to send a work order to the maintenance people. No one ever came or called back, I tried again on Thursday of that week and left a message for the emergency line because the jets in the hot tub stopped working also, again No one called back or came to fix these issues. Overall, I would stay in this house again. We had a great time. Thanks to the owner for sharing his home.

True to its name!

We stayed at Hidden Oasis for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Signature Vacation Rentals had most everything ready for us and patiently answered all of our questions. The few issues that needed immediate attention were handled promptly and professionally. The home was stocked with towels, linens, and plenty of kitchen necessities. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and in excellent condition. Easy access to Thunderbird Mountain hiking was a huge bonus for us. Our 2 year old grandson spent time with us and we were so pleased with the safety features of the house and pool area. We would stay here again.

Belle maison, agréable à vivre, proche des trails.

Belle et grande maison, avec une piscine et un jaccouzy et un barbecue pour faire des grillades. Nous y avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois et avons profité d'elle et de son environnement. Il suffit d'ouvrir la grille donnant sur la montagne pour avoir directement accès aux trails de la région..... Les commerces sont nombreux à quelques minutes en voiture. Bref, nous l'avons quittée à regret, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
