You will be staying in a well kept complex with beautiful and mature landscaping. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the bottom level of a 2 story building . The first bedroom has a queen bed with an adjourning bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with the bathroom connected to the bedroom. The condo has a walk out deck that overlooks a green space and pool area, the pool area also has a hot tub. Adjacent to the pool is a barbecue area that is available to all owners and renters of the complex.
The condo is equipped with all the linens, towels, pillows and anything else one would need for a comfortable at home experience including a washer and dryer, cable and WIFI .

ASU’s Tempe campus, Phoenix’s downtown area that offers professional sporting venues and arenas for live concerts. The talking stick resort is very close which offers musical events and a casino. Chaparral park is within walking distance which offers a dog park, activity fields, bike paths and fishing.
