The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with pots/pans, coffee bar, dining sets, and a new Smart Fridge with a sound system. Double French doors allow you to have indoor/outdoor enjoying in the dining room, with views of your private pool.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + Bonus Game Room, you’ll enjoy the following layout:

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and private balcony (sleeping 2)

Second Bedroom: Bunk Bed with Two Full Sized Beds, private walk in closet with “Make Up Station” or dedicated office space (sleeping 4 kids or 2 adults)

Third Bedroom: Queen Bed, shared bathroom with Second Bedroom (sleeping 2)

Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed with own bathroom (sleeping 2)

Living room: Large Couch, (sleeping 2-3)

Game Room: Bar Table, Basketball Game, Foosball Table, with Double Doors Leading to Pool

Dining Room: Seating 6 with bench for an additional 2-3 seating areas
