「Very clean room」

「The space was peaceful- which is saying something as there was construction going on while we were in property.」

「There is construction going on, which we weren’t aware of until we arrived, it was very inconvenient. Prices were not modified due to the construction. Water slides weren’t opened the entire time we were there. It was 117 degrees and the pool was not cooled. It was very uncomfortable, water was almost as hot as the hot tub. Couldn’t connect to internet at all, therefore, connection was terrible. My room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and...

「Nice property with great location. The ground level villa we were in was like a small apartment. You have a kitchen (table with 4 chairs, two burner stove, coffee maker, full size fridge with ice maker in the freezer, small sink and microwave), bathroom, bedroom, living room and patio. It was nice for us to whip up a quick breakfast and coffee and enjoy either on the patio or at the dining table inside. Or we could walk (or quick drive) to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarters for any meals...

「Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...
