A Space to Unwind:

Step inside our open and inviting living space, designed for both lively gatherings and quiet moments. Relax on plush furnishings, share stories around the dining table, or simply unwind and enjoy the natural light. Each bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring supremely comfortable mattresses, soft cotton sheets, and cozy blankets for those cooler desert evenings. Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a pack 'n play ready and waiting.

Backyard Bliss:

Our backyard is where the magic truly happens! Imagine yourself taking a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, letting the warm jets of the hot tub melt away your stress, or engaging in friendly competition with cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, ladder toss, or darts. The BBQ grill is ready for cookouts, and the comfy outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals under the starlit sky. Plenty of sun loungers await those seeking the Arizona sunshine.

For everyone's safety, please remember there's no lifeguard on duty and no pool fence.

We kindly ask that you supervise children closely at all times.

Checking In & Out:

We'll do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible, but due to cleaning schedules, they're typically not available. If we can make it work, there's a $100 fee to cover the extra cleaning time.

Security & Respect for the Property:

We've installed security cameras at entry points to ensure the safety and security of all our guests and to monitor for unauthorized access.

Tampering with or removing any of these cameras will result in a $250 fee per camera. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure environment.

To ensure the smooth operation of the home's systems, we kindly ask that you refrain from altering or tampering with any of the following:

Wi-Fi:

Disrupting the Wi-Fi service will result in a $500 fee and may lead to early termination of your stay without a refund.

Pool Equipment (Motor/Timer):

Adjusting the pool equipment or any other household systems without prior approval will result in a $500 fee and potential early termination of your stay without a refund.

Water Heater:

Adjusting the water heater without prior approval will result in a $500 fee and potential early termination of your stay without a refund.

Guest Occupancy:

We want to be clear about guest occupancy to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. The number of guests staying at the property must match the number listed on your reservation. Any additional guests found to be staying at the property will incur a fee of $50 per person per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Respectful Noise Levels:

We value our neighbors and strive to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise violations during these hours. Any noise complaints that result in intervention from local authorities may lead to fines in accordance with Scottsdale city ordinances, as well as any additional costs incurred due to the disturbance.

Rental Agreement (Long-Term Stays):

For stays of 30 days or longer, a rental agreement must be signed and submitted after your reservation is confirmed. This helps ensure a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of your extended stay.

Pet Policy:

While we adore animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets at this property. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking:

We offer complimentary on-site parking for up to four vehicles: two in the driveway and two on the street directly in front of the house. Please be mindful of street parking regulations.

Accidental Damage:

We understand that accidents happen. If any accidental or intentional damage occurs during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. This will help us minimize any potential costs and ensure a smooth check-out process.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, you agree to expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from your use of the premises.
