Mesa in March

We just needed a place close to our friends who were in a 55 community. This gated community was very nice and the condo was ver convenient to the pool hot tub. The cost was pricey but if you have a family, it is worth it.

Skyline Drive

This property was a great location but badly needs carpets replaced. There were slats missing from bedroom blinds which we did find in downstairs closet. We put them on but they had been rolled so never really hung straight. We replaced dirty air filter at top of stairs and cleaned ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom.Chairs on bedroom patio would have been nice to have and a hairdryer would also have been nice. When reported that we needed a working vacuum one was provided and we were very pleased to get that. It is a lovely condo but in need of attention and not worth the 10 that was advertised
