Guys trip weekend

Great place for a family!

We came from South Dakota to celebrate our daughter's big birthday. All the beds were comfortable,the AC worked great, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and we enjoyed the pool noodles as well. Game night on the patio sofas was fantastic. Great location for shopping,dining, and a few groceries!

Great spring training trip!

Worked great for our family spring training vacation. It was a little cumbersome having to contact to turn on the heat for the pool but it was great. Also, the boys were hoping that a basketball would have been available but we couldn't find one but I never contacted them about it. Would definitely consider this house next time!

Great property close to all kinds of amenities and shopping. House was well stocked with starter items and had ample linens and towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Interactions with property management team were prompt and professional.

This is the second time we have rented this home in Scotsdale. We love the location close to Kierland and the home is well equipped, clean and the backyard pool and hot tub are fantastic. We had a minor incident with a plugged kitchen sink near the end of our stay, and the situation was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Work & Play

Great family vacation for 5 adults. The house is clean and well taken care of. We loved the kitchen (well stocked & new), great room & pool table room with big tvs, comfy bedrooms & good mattresses! Loved the neighborhood for short walks (with Grandma) and good location for hiking and golf. We used the back yard for grilling/lounging/bags game. Great wi-fi! Also - we were a 10 minute drive max from shopping and restaurants.

Quiet neighborhood, great location

This house was perfect to relax. There are 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The pool and hot tub, layout of the home and the amenities were great. The neighborhood seems very quiet and the house was well appointed and close to a lot of things/convenient to anything we needed or where we wanted to go. Vacasa was responsive when we asked for the pool temperature to be turned up. The house was well appointed. The shower spigots could be replaced with something better as they are misters. Probably great in summer but not great in the "winter". Overall loved the house and the location and would stay here again.

Great short term vacation house

This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance to a lovely park. This house is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were all firm & bathrooms were clean & functional. This house provided everything to have an enjoyable stay: comfortable furniture, pool table, board games&puzzles, cornhole and basketball hoop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dinnerware, plastic tableware , new appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, to storage containers. Lovely outdoor area with multiple seating , pool and hot tub. This is a perfect house for a group for short term stay. However, during our 2 month stay we encountered a few issues. Be aware that the garage is unavailable making car loading and unloading inconvenient. We noticed the nonstick were scratched and damaged and not useable./ we contacted the manager & he promptly replaced them. His response to other issues were not as easily resolved. The dishwasher was missing the drain and rinse aid covers affecting the cleanliness of the dishes. Many times most of them had to be washed by hand the next morning. There was a muddy area in the back with standing water. When the manager was notified he stated he would contact the owner, however we never heard back and the problems were not resolved.All in all, however, this is a great, comfortable and enjoyable vacation house. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This house was more than expected from the pictures. Beautiful and well maintained. Everything was great. We used every aspect of the house and what it had to offer and all was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our time in AZ. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Perfect outdoor area

The house was spacious and comfortable. What really makes this place special is outside in the back. Besides the pool and spa, there is gorgeous landscaping, lots of birds, and great seating areas covered from the sun with overhead fans and misters to keep you cool in the desert sun. The management was responsive to our requests.

Even Better than Advertised

The property was better than advertised. The house was very clean with plenty of room and plenty of amenities to handle our group of six. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is like another house in of itself. The backyard is absolutely perfect. From the sitting areas with plenty of shade, misters, fans and TV to the large pool and hot tub. We could not have been happier with our stay and the ease of booking and timely responses when/if we had questions. A few items to recommend, but nothing major that would keep us from staying at the property again (which we hope to do so): 1. A few more dish towels and oven mitts would be a nice addition. 2. Upgrade the guest shower head and curtain. We highly recommend this property!

Great house!

We loved staying here. Everything was very clean. The floors needed mopped. Great pool area! We used the hot tub a lot. My only complaint is that we requested the pool be heated and it was not. There was no communication from owner until the day we came in and then it was too late. We were not able to use the pool at all because it was freezing. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise it was a great house.
