Welcome to our breathtaking North Scottsdale home, situated in a prime location near the area’s top dining spots, grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking and biking trails, and nearby parks. This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in beautiful Scottsdale. It's only 5 minutes from Kierland Commons, a popular shopping and dining destination, and 10 minutes to Barrett Jackson and the WM Open, and 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and PHX airport.
The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and accommodates 10 guests in utmost comfort and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. You’ll be close to everything, but you may not want to leave this quiet retreat.
The Indoors
The main floor has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, large dining table in addition to a kitchen island with seating. Challenge your friends to a game of foosball or get a quick workout with the in-home gym equipment.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, with a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. 3 other bedrooms with a shared "Jack-n-Jill" bathroom.
Our dedicated concierge is here to ensure that your trip to Arizona is nothing short of unforgettable! With just a quick 10-minute Uber/Lyft ride, you can visit the iconic MIM, a must-see destination in the area. Kierland Commons, renowned for its exceptional shops and restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive away. For golf enthusiasts, the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course is a 15-minute drive from our home.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Renter guest must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!

The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around: We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Uber or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own, we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• No pets are allowed
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
Lastly, we use a platform called "Know Your Guest" via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
