Family Girls Trip

We had a great time at the Splash House! We loved all the fun colors and decor of this home and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor area and pool. Plenty of room for a large group to stay.

Great place for family to stay during sons ASU graduation

Everything about the property was great. Just as described. Gus was an amazing host, very attentive, quick to bring over more propane when we discovered one of the fire pits was out. The neighbor was no problem — we were respectful, parked in the driveway, and inside by 10 PM quiet hours. This was the perfect location and perfect house and amazing backyard to celebrate my son‘s college graduation.

Golf Trip

The property was a great place to hang out with a few friends after a couple rounds of golf. The backyard was immaculate and the interior was well designed. Plenty of space to sleep 8 and store 8 sets of clubs (plus luggage) with room to spare. Check in was a breeze and the owner was easy to reach with any questions and concerns. I’d absolutely recommend this booking.

We enjoyed the commoradory thanks to the bunk room and great gathering spaces. The warmth of the week made for a great experience as well. Just didn’t know for sure when recycle day was, so ended up w a full recycling can for next guests.

he host greeted us, and check-in was really easy. The home was so accommodating and perfect for a 19-year-old female soccer team from Colorado. Plenty of beds and activities right within the house. The team enjoyed games and movies. Check-out was also very simple. It rained for a bit during our stay. The roof started to leak through the vent. We did not receive a response back regarding next steps used a towel and bowl and rolled with it.

The CUTEST VRBO I’ve ever been in!

We had the best time at the Splash House! It is the cutest house ever. Such a great place to host a kids camp. The pool, bunk beds, spacious backyard?! Can’t get any better! All the cute details just make it better and better. We would 100% stay there again. Thanks to the host for being so easy to get ahold of.

Daughter’s Bachelorette Party

The house was everything that was expected! Amazing location - It was only 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale and 2 miles from downtown Tempe. There was plenty of room inside the house for our larger group, more than enough beds and bathrooms. The outside space was also amazing! Lots of games, TVs, cooking space and the pool was perfect for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place for my daughters bachelorette party!

Neighbor will call the Police

The next-door neighbor will call the cops for anything. There is a sign in the back yard warning VRBO renters that the cops will be called for any noise after 10 PM. The cops were called on us for visiting with our Uber driver when he dropped us off and the officer let us know they have been called when people checked in just to let them know to expect a call later that night. Apparently the neighbor has a direct connection to the local police so they show up every time and let us know they come all the time. It does kind of put a damper on a fun weekend to have to be silent after 10 PM. Because of the neighbor I won't rent this property again. The inside hang out space is too small to have to be in there after 10PM. Its too bad because the outside is awesome and great for a day of hanging out. Would have been nice to watch the outdoor TV later in the evening.
