good for large groups!

Limited closet space but short stays aren’t the worst to maneuver in the house for a larger group. There was a decent amount of issues we found upon check in at the house but for the most part the host was pretty responsive and offered quick resolutions! Overall enjoyed our stay :)

Great for a large golf group

Twelve of us stayed for a week in the house. Beds are comfortable, kitchen area is quite big. Seating area to watch tv was ok. The pool was great! The separate Casita was excellent. I would recommend for large groups.

Team Homebase

This was the perfect place for our team to call home for a few days while competing in the area. Plenty of beds to accommodate our crew, which is hard to do with our group size, and a spacious kitchen which made making meals for our group very doable. Of course, the pool got plenty of action! Anytime I had a question, the host was quick with a reply.

Bachelorette Party April 2024

This was a great house to host a large group of ladies. We had 18 people and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone to have a bed. The pool was perfect for our chill days and the kitchen had lots of space. I cannot say enough positive things about the management company. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions in a timely manner and super flexible in accommodating our group. Thank you so much for having us and making it such an epic and memorable weekend.

Bachelorette party

Overall this property met our needs in terms of sleeping accommodations, pool, and convenient location to Old Town Scottsdale. The house was clean aside from the baseboards in the bathrooms, which were filthy. Minimal kitchen supplies (no dish towels, oven mitts, spices, serving trays) but kitchen was functional. Some of the furniture was worn down, several beds were broken and could not be slept in, bean bag cushions with holes in them. One small towel per person for showers but beach towels for all. As a group of mid-late thirties females it felt slightly reminiscent of a college dorm, as there are some improvements to the property that could be made. However, The house was well decorated, the pool was heated and overall we had a nice time.

The property was the perfect fit for our group! We had 14 guys on a trip, and everyone had their own bed, which was a huge plus. The pool was great for relaxing during the day, and the location made it super easy to get to Old Town in the evenings. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup.

Great Time

We had a great time enjoying the house while celebrating our children’s world championship week of ATA Taekwondo. The house was a perfect fit for our 4 families and 18 people to enjoy the pool and home cooked food.
