This home is breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the pool was gorgeous. We travel a lot for baseball and we have stayed in many VRBO’s and this home has been our number one!!

This was a spacious, clean home for the 2 of us. It is close to conveniences such as groceries, restaurants and to the Sonoran Preserve Parks where we enjoyed gravel riding. We did not golf this trip but plenty of courses nearby. We felt very welcome in this home which is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of holiday lights going up nearby while we were there which was fun too.

Gorgeous home, lovely neighborhood and easy to get to everything we were interested in doing. The house has everything we needed and more! Elegantly decorated, plenty of kitchen necessities, close to great shopping and restaurants AND Westworld for a week of horse showing! The owner was there to let us in and answered EVERY communication that we made with her, promptly and with immense sincerity and kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!!!

We stayed here with another couple. Spacious. Well appointed. Nice back deck. Used the jacuzzi a couple nights. Large master bedroom and bath. Nice to have a “wing” of the house for our friends to have some privacy. Nice neighborhood. Really like this particular area of Scottsdale. Close to shopping and restaurants. Consider the Snitch for breakfast/pastries/lunch!

As an experienced luxury traveler, I have grown weary of noisy resorts, but was concerned that villa rental would not match the listing. This was not the case here. This house is excellent, as is the owner/manager! She genuinely cares about your experience. The house is immaculate, fully equipped. The outdoor area, pool / hot tub are expansive. The living experience was entirely comfortable and relaxing. Very quiet. I am an avid cyclist and this is a perfect location that intersects many popular bike routes. I have already booked this house again. 5 stars!

Fabulous house

We spent 2 days at the house. What a gorgeous home. It was spotless. We loved sitting on the back patio listening to the waterfall. We didn't swim because the weather was still too cold but the pool looked beautiful. The host was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. We were in town for a wedding so didn't get to spend a lot of time at the house. My only suggestion is the front door is a bit sticky, hard to press the open latch, so maybe make a slight adjustment to the hinges. It could be because of the wetter weather. This house was really perfect. Thank you!

Lovely home in a lovely neighbourhood

This home was perfect. Great outdoor space, plenty of space inside. We loved the outdoor bbq area. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Cathy, the owner, is very helpful and welcoming. The Safeway and Sprouts are only a 5 minute drive away but it is a 25 min walk if you want to walk to the nearest restaurant. Would certainly stay here again.
