Clean, nice set up, big gated outside area for practical use, big bathroom with laundry machines inside! TV with streaming service, tiny but functional kitchenette. Everything I needed in a nice safe area. I would stay there again.

This place was super cute, great location! Close to bus stop, Old Town Trolley, shopping and food. Nice kitchen with everything you would need to have some comforts of home with you. Will definitely return and recommend!

Nice place to crash

The hosts were great and it's close to Scottsdale. The building itself didn't blow me away as it's a bit like a storage unit but it was nice on the inside. Could do with some nicer lighting though. It has a nice seating area outside that's shared with other units. Overall I liked it but was hoping for something a bit more romantic

Quaint little gem.

Great location. Very clean. Small quaint room that provided us all amenities needed. A bit of a challenge to find, but they send you map - follow it and no problems. The sitting area outside the building was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Had a minor problem with lock, the hosts reached out and provided an alternative within half an hour. Response time was amazing. Loved the stay. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Neat clean. Good for price in this area. Due to change in my plans attempted to contact owner to extend my stay never got response, just auto checkout reminder. Was dissappointed there was no closet and only a small fridge. Door latch never really worked, silly to expect me to slam or lift door into latch, I eventually just used deadbolt, which was secure. Walls very thin, used TV to avoid learning to much about other visitors.

Affordable for a reason

The cheapness of the room comes at a cost. They charge a big cleaning fee upon booking, and then have you go through a short-term rental agreement that charges an additional cleaning fee. The walls of the property are paper thin, you could hear a phone speaker from another room down the hall and around the corner. The doors do not close unless you bolt them shut. It didn’t feel like we had complete privacy and had very loud neighbors banging on walls and yelling throughout the night - not the property’s fault but still. The hot tub was nice and the owners were quick to respond when our door code didn’t work. So they’re at least good people running the place. Just know what you’re in for if you stay here.

I didn't stay there: I got to the hotel, which was hard to find, and realized that there were all sorts of rules and procedures *I* was supposed to accomplish-- as if I work for the hotel!!! Taking a selfie, providing photos of ID, no one to talk to at the hotel, no one to call and no one who answered emails. This is lunacy: who stays at such a place? AND the hidden fees!! Im going to sue this hotel in small claims court -- because the owner is simply too arrogant and cheap. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It's not worth the headache.

Location couldn’t be better. Minutes from Fashion Square and so many restaurants. Our room was pristinely clean and had everything we needed. We had no trouble parking. Fantastic stay for my daughter’s birthday weekend.

I loved this place so much!! Perfect for solo travel, very thorough instructions & directions about building, amenities, etc. Updated modern ambiance/interior. Host was super attentive. Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌

The place was perfect for our needs! A washer and dryer, kitchenette and bathroom were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were a delightful perk. They were both clean and often my son and I were the only two there. It was amazing to get up first thing and step out the door for a swim. The grounds were lovely with a nice patio area and lounge chairs, and the best coffee machine I’ve ever had in a hotel. Nespresso! I plan to look them up again next time we are in the area. Great pricing for an amazing stay. Thank you!!

The owner was very communicative and extremely accommodating, even before we arrived in Phoenix. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The atmosphere was very inviting and our room was modern, yet cozy at the same time. If I ever travel to Scottsdale again, I will definitely book with Stavros. Stavros was great because you get all of the same amenities that would be at home. There's a grill area, pool area, jacuzzi, outdoor patio area, and much more.
