I’m gonna start first and foremost if you have kids don’t come and rent to this hotel on two occasions when I was staying in room 101 and the bottom floor in the back I walked outside to my car and happened. I just looked down by getting in my car and there was a fentanyl peeing on the ground just the other day coming out to the parking lot with my five-year-old kid and my Service dog and a needleI am by law, legally, medically, deemed severe case of seizures, my service, Dog chewy who has gone through the training, has ID card, his certification with his documented number and his ID case number allowed to be a service animal houses when I have seizures as he is trained I have been staying here since October not once if I had a complaint against my dog and his howling that he does almost on the daily I come home at lunchtime at noon between 1030 and noon and when I leave for work he house I have seizures around that time. That’s why I come home at lunchtime and he will have some times throughout the rest of the day and concerns for me, but I mean, told that I cannot extend my place to stay because of my Service dog doing his duties. I have filed a complaint with the ADA. The only reason why they’re complaining is because the room they put me in is right above the office and because my dog howls and because whoever sitting at the front desk can’t handle it because they don’t know what it’s like to have a service animal, they’re going against every state law that there is.
