Mark & Dina Beauvais went above & beyond to make our exceptional.stay

The property we stayed in was beautiful & the views were special. Mark & Dina Beauvais were incredibly responsive hosts that made our stay exceptional. The property itself was contemporary with no expense spared to make it a spectacular place to stay. The interior included such things as soaring ceilings, power draperies. 2 outdoor patios, a master suite second to none all enhanced by beautiful views of the Gainey Ranch golf course. All I can say is wow!!!

Gorgeous & Comfortable Town House!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous, fully upgraded luxury home right on the beautiful Gainey Ranch Golf course! We felt like we were staying in a 5-star resort! We felt very comfortable & cozy lounging around the house! Everything is brand new in this amazing townhome- furniture, linens, appliances, gas grill, fire table and more. The Gainey Ranch grounds and Estate Club are first class! We had full access to 2 heated pools, hot tubs, a new fitness facility, tennis, pickleball and all kinds of classes and socials. We loved riding the bikes around Gainey Ranch. We would love to live here all year round. We highly recommend this property and Mark and Dina as excellent, attentive hosts.

FABULOUS! Terrific Townhome

What a GREAT townhome, just wonderful. It's comfortable, easy and beautifully appointed and has all a home needs including a residential EV charger in the garage. Everything we wanted to do and see (shopping, eating, Top Golf, golf, etc....) was within walking, bike riding (bikes included) or a quick car ride distance. On the grounds are our own community pool but also pickle ball, tennis, a lap pool and a fitness center which are available within the community . We will be back to Scottsdale and to this townhouse. Our hosts, Mark and Dina were wonderful, too and they made the entire process of renting very easy. The location of the unit is great and its views of the mountains and golf course are just beautiful.... bonus are the gorgeous sunsets.

What a great property! This townhouse was amazing- modern, clean, spacious and so comfortable. The unit was impeccably decorated and there was nothing we needed that wasn't in this property! The unit is on the golf course with awesome views of the golf course and mountains- and oh those sunsets! As tenants we had total access and rights to the brand new fitness center, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts- all within this gated community. The location was perfect - such close proximity to shopping, restaurants- and with the bicycles in the unit we hardly needed to get in the car during our stay.. Whenever we needed information or guidance our hosts, Mark and Dina (who are terrific) were at our beck and call- we will definitely be back again- there aren't enough stars to give this wonderful property.
