Great place

Pool was kept at a great temp. My kids loved the pool. The house was roomy and with the 6 kids I had there was enough room for all of us. Great location and beautiful inside and out. Will definitely book again.

Pool table and pool were best part of stay, otherwise I would not recommend this house to anyone. Not clean( droppings in kitchen drawers and showers) we had to replace a toilet seat, clean the pool and we didn’t have internet the first three days . The masterbed was fine- but the other two bedrooms were so uncomfortable that my adult son bought a blow-up mattress and my grandson chose the couch to sleep on after the first night. The main bathroom tub has peeled siding all around the interior . The barbecue outside was disgustingly dirty. This could be such a great place to stay- just not maintained and needs some upgrades.

Great house to stay at

It's in a quiet, established neighborhood. Plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, or street. Pool table was fun. The swimming pool was lots of fun! There's no dart board, like in the photo though. The backyard has a nice table to eat at & nice lounge chairs to watch the kids swim. The pool was very clean. The room with the queen bed & twin bed was great. The room with the 2 queen beds has a good queen bed but the other one was only a few inches thick and basically on the floor. The room with the queen bed and double futon has a nice queen bed but the futon was hard with a metal pole in the center. It was comfortable for 1 person when I put the thin queen mattress from the other room on top of the futon. The hardwood floors were great. The hosts were quick with answering my questions. I would stay in this house again because it was in a good location, was large, has a great pool, and the hosts were friendly.

Short Stay

Our family was attending an event at Tempe Town Lake for the weekend. We were looking forward to hanging by the pool and grilling prior to the event. Although there was enough room to sleep our family the beds were not that comfortable and one squeaked with every move you made. The living room tv would not connect but the patio tv worked fine for the men to watch football. The grill is a small charcoal grill for camping but we made it work. The pool is nice and refreshing. The pool table was an added benefit however the pool stick holder was not mounted high enough or correctly where luckily we were able to catch it from falling to the floor. We did have electrical issues in the bathroom and had to curl our hair in the Billard room. On day two we were greeted by some roaches in the kitchen definitely needs some pest control. The neighborhood is an old area of Tempe and the house next door is condemned. We made the best of it for two nights.

I choose this listing because of the heated pool, was unable to use the pool do to a leak previous reviews said the pool didn't work about 8 months ago and still not working in November of 2021, the trash can was full of trash when we arrived also had leftover food in to go boxes in the fridge, had to kill 2 roaches in the kitchen. The property was decent but the heated pool was a false advertisement, pool was dirty and almost empty by the time of check out. 200 cleaning fee too much for a full trash can and food in fridge. Overall I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5.

So much more than expected.

The pictures and prior reviews did not do this place justice. The house was beautiful and immaculate. They leave a list of things you should know and may want to know. This will always be my go to when in town.

Home isn’t quite as advertised

Upon arriving at the house we had to inform the host that the home had not been cleaned. And we did not receive an access code to get into the home. When we requested the code, the host never answered us with that information, (until a day past our check-in date). We then had to wait outside the house for 3 hours while the house was cleaned. The pool filter and vacuum were not turned on and the pool was filthy for our entire stay. On the last day of our stay a maintenance worker walked into the backyard unannounced and serviced the pool and turn the pump on, we then realized we had been swimming in stagnant water the entire trip. Not once did the host inform us that a pool maintenance worker would be stopping by and we we’re not alerted that someone would be entering the backyard to service the pool when they did as we were sunbathing by the pool. The pool is advertised as being heated and it was not heated during our stay and there are signs in the house asking not to adjust anything related to the pool. The house also advertises a hot tub, which is a jetted tub that was not clean enough to use. The dishwasher does not work properly and all dishes had to be hand washed before use and after use. We were provided with minimal kitchen utensils in which to cook with. The coffee maker had to the cleaned by us three times before the water began to run clear before adding coffee. The coffee mugs were filthy. The master bedroom bed was as hard as a rock and left some of us on pain in the morning. It appears that the host does not visit the property often or take the time to see if things are in order before guests arrive. The house is charming and had these things not happened we would have enjoyed our stay and would recommend, however we would not stay again especially for the price, there are much better options at this price point. I’m very disappointed in how much I spent for the experience.

Good place but has potential to be even better!!!

So first off the backyard was a mess when we arrived the pool was very dirty. When I contacted the manager regarding the pool and vacuum not working great she said she would send someone over to look at it but never did. There was trash from previous people I assume still in the bins. The master bedroom bed was comfy. But the rest of the beds were very uncomfortable. There is def alot of potential for this place if they just manage the yard the better and do some upgrades on the sleeping arrangements especially for the price they are asking a night. There are def better options for the price. I would not stay again.

Ok, but not quite as expected

The house was nice, but we were disappointed that the "heated pool" was not warm enough to swim in and we weren't able/ allowed to turn the heat up. This was one of the reasons we booked the property so our kids were pretty disappointed. We had 2 days that were 85 degree days, and we could swim in it, but the 75 degree days and the evenings, it was not comfortable. The subdivision is nice, but unfortunately the house immediately next door is run down and not taken care of.

Not for older adults

Group of 5 guys for 50 year high school golf reunion . Advertised sleeps 11 that included couches and small trundle beds. Needs to be more specific that half of bed space was really only for kids , not late 60 somethings.

Decent place in a great location

The property had issues with broken dishwasher shelf, non-functioning dryer and broken slide-outs for the garbage and recycling. Also, the previous stayers filled up the recycling and never took it out. The furniture was basically the cheapest stuff anyone could find; I'm guessing Goodwill and garage sale cheap. I liked the pool and location and some of the features but bottom line, it could use some TLC and upgrading to equal the value of what they are charging.

Great time and beautiful and clean home.

I had to change my quarantine scenery and came from California to work with a friend and her family. We had a wonderful time at this location and will definitely come back.
