Great stay, backyard made the property fantastic. Loved the putting green and the hot tub got some good use as well. Really great communication with the property manager.

Great communication from host. Check in/out was smooth. Beds and couch were comfortable. Property was clean minus a few dusty spots here and there and a spot on the countertop that may have been missed. The back yard is SO nice with plenty of seating areas, big hot tub, putting green, dart board and bocce game, fire pit, and grill. We were only there for the weekend but would have loved to enjoy this longer! The neighborhood is very quiet. The back yard does back up to a train track, but this was not a problem during our stay. There is a grocery store close by, and the property is a short drive from Tempe Beach Park area and restaurants down that way. One thing I might mention is that the dining chairs could use tightening to feel more sturdy. Also the luggage racks in the master bedroom are both missing a screw. Overall a lovely property.
