Overall, the room was excellent. Full kitchen separate bedroom. I was here for an art show at the Scottsdale waterfront shopping center, so I did not spend much time in the room except in the evening. The temperature at the time when I stayed only required heating, just enough to warm the room. Any other time of the year you will not be able to sleep in the bedroom because the air conditioning will be way too loud since it's right next to the bed. They could replace the futon in the living room serves as a couch, extremely uncomfortable. Also, they could level the coffee table instead of having guest put napkins under the legs. When I booked this, the room was $100 a night... The location for me was perfect, the property was beautiful well maintained, and parking was abundant allowing me to park very close to my room. A mini split AC and more comfortable seating would've raised this to excellent!

We arrived at night and had to use the passkey to get into the gate. This was not a drive in gate as I had envisoned. It was a gate down to the dungeon! There were sketchy people in the parking lot who approached us trying to follow us into the gate. When we finally accessed our room, we noticed a strong moldy odor. The experience made us seriously consider leaving, as we did not feel entirely safe or comfortable. If you do stay here, I would advise arriving during day and not going out.

Everyone the front desk was great, I only remember Avery’s name. I think that’s her name, I had an issue with the pillows in the room & I was expecting house keeping to come in and clean/do a towels replacement but that didn’t happened. Overall the place was very secure in the night. I was locked out my first night because I wasn’t informed that the main door closes at a certain time. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Phoenix.

Staff were very kind and the place was generally very clean. I could see some areas that were not touched but we always make sure to bring some cleaning wipes just in case, so it wasn’t more than us just wiping down some surfaces. We were surprised about the amenities, the oven and the washer/drier were a nice touch. Great hospitality.

I got to my reservation and I was placed in a room without washer and dryer. Which was my fault for not paying attention. The front desk was very kind to place me in a room with washer and dryer! This hotel is perfect if you want washer dryer, small kitchen. It’s not luxury but it’s exactly what you need for clean, comfort, in and out with main utilities included. 10/10

Easy check in/out. Hotel grounds clean. Pool and game room were nice. Hotel room clean and apartment style with A lot of room. They had a basket of snacks/ water for us. Lobby had coffee and cookies. Mirror in bathroom was wonky. Kind of like a circus mirror that disproportioned your image. Pillows could be improved. Felt like they were filled with chunky hard cotton balls Otherwise the stay was great and I would stay here again. But bring my own pillow for sure.

The room was clean. Not a lot of staff on duty, wifi stopped working so was unable able to work on devices or watch tv. Area is okay very noisy next to a main road. Lots of cars speeding down and sounded like they were racing. The room was all I would not recommend a studio size there. Overall it was okay. Price was good.

The staff was really helpful. We ordered a suite, but didn’t realize that pots and pans weren't included. We were given a free upgrade. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen. There was laundry in the room. Everything was quite satisfactory. Security is good. There is a pool and an adjacent hot tub. Hope to stay here again.
