The house was very clean. Bright and sunny and comfortable. The beds, linens, towels all very very good. We appreciated having pool towels available to us. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and minutes from grocery stores, restaurants etc. In fact our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is that the cover for the hot tub really needs replacing. It’s in very tough shape. We recommend it and would stay there again.

Nice house and pool. Hot tub was a disappointment. Maximum temperature 99 degrees, top is old and dilapidated, water was not clean. Everything else was wonderful.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for seeing Sonoma and the Mesa area. It had all the amenities we were looking for and the beds were very comfortable. However the pictures are a bit deceiving. The hot tub is old. The lid was hanging on with duct tape and we spent money to get the glue off the tub so it at least looked presentable. It also needed pucks which we asked for and never heard a reply. So we transferred the pool pucks to the hot tub back and forth and just figured it out ourselves. Water went from yellow to clear. Funny how a bit of chlorine does that?!The floors were very dirty. My granddaughters feet were black. Someone must be vacuuming but never washing the floor because it looked clean until we checked our feet. Everything else was clean. All in all it was good for our needs but pictures don’t show everything and certain lenses make it look more glamorous than it really is.
