Clean, comfortable, nice area

Everything was really clean and well-furnished, the rooms were comfortable, the neighborhood is nice, and the host was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. It was a short drive to the airport and to lots of options for restaurants, breweries, attractions, etc. We really enjoyed the backyard space to relax in the sunshine! I was a little turned off by the gigantic deposit, but it was refunded with no issues on exactly the 14th day after our checkout.
