Laundry is in the building not the unit. There are only one washer and dryer for the whole building so planning ahead is important. Each machine is quarter-operated and $1.50 per wash and dry cycle. (6 quarters per cycle = 12 quarters required to wash and dry)

The TV is Smart and can access any guest provided streaming services. The TV doesn't have cable, satellite, channels, or a DVD or VHS player
