PLENTY of room for our family!

Great house with just enough bedrooms for my family! Loved the HEATED POOL in March! Large backyard with room to play, and firepit. Just PERFECT!

Pick a different property

We stayed at this property for 4 nights with 4 adults and 5 kids. Upon arrival we immediately discovered several things that needed property management attention (dishwasher didn't drain, bathroom sink didn't drain, light bulbs out, pool skimmer had a hole in it so it was useless, bunk beds were wobbly and unsafe, and pool lights didn't work). The property management company came out the next day and addressed what they could, however they couldn't fix the pool lights which was a huge safety concern for our family with 5 little kids. They couldn't contact the owners as they were out of the country, but in addition they said the owners only use this as a rental and have never lived at the house so they wouldn't know how to fix the pool lights either. Overall the house is run down and the carpets are filthy (our socks were black). To top if off, the instructions upon checkout are to leave the comforters on the bed which tells me they just reuse them and don't clean them. Some of the beds didn't have a mattress cover on them and the mattresses were stained. Gross. The neighbors have signs up that state "homes not hotels" so you certainly don't feel welcome. For the price we were extremely disappointed. There are plenty of options in Scottsdale - stay elsewhere!
