Welcome to your private vacation paradise! Located in a quiet neighborhood and has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, outdoor gas grill, Smart TV’s in every room, and 500Mbps Wifi. This home was designed with your group in mind! Get competitive with our putting green, corn hole boards, and game room with an Infinity game table, foosball, darts, poker, etc. Then hang out and refresh yourself in our backyard oasis complete with a sparkling pool and patio with comfortable seating, bar and fire pit for a true relaxing vacation experience.

Countryside Park is across the street with basketball, volleyball, and covered play areas. A basketball and volleyball are provided in the game room for guest use at the park.
INDOOR LIVING: 6 Smart TVs, comfortable mattresses, fireplace (decorative only), ceiling fans, dining table, laptop-friendly workspace, game room w/ Infinity table, foosball table, darts, card table, and board games.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ updated appliances, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups, electric tea kettle, Crock-Pot, blender, spices, knife set, dishware & flatware, and breakfast bar w/ bar stools.

Best of times are spent around our sparkling pool, perfecting your putt on the putting green, hanging out around the patio bar and other outdoor seating areas, sipping on a cold beverage, and challenging your family and friends in a game of cornhole. You can also have some great fun inside with a game of poker or blackjack, foosball, darts, and many exciting games on the Infinity Table! Or simply relax and watch some TV or read a book. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood great for leisurely walks and jogging. To the west is a canal path many locals enjoy.
We have amazing weather in the winter and spring months, so there are always golf tournaments, especially Phoenix’ famous Waste Management Tournament. There’s also a lot of spring training action as 15 MLB Cactus League teams travel here. Around Mesa there is Gene Autry Park, which hosts several baseball/ pickle ball/tennis tournaments. Legacy Sports Complex, just minutes away, brings traveling teams here all year long.
