decent three-star hotel, overall - common areas sometimes dingy and staff-attentiveness at front desk a bit uneven oddly - "Tru by Hilton" shares two breakfast areas with the "Hilton Home-2" (extended stay hotel located in same buiding" - the buffet provided by Home-2 is much better

Check in personnel was terrible, could benefit from customer service training and mindfulness. Rooms with King Sized beds are small. Was on 1st floor which was odd and noisy.

Breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and functional - just a bit bare and not really conducive to a longer stay. No storage and no ability to lounge in your room.

We were in room 164 on the first floor. We put our stuff in the room then left for a show at Talking Stick. When we came back our room smelled like sewage and the floor had not been cleaned. We were obviously put in a pet room without being told. It was very gross to have that smell and see our floor was disgusting. The bed had old cheap pillows that were so soft it was hard to sleep. Bedding looked old too. I couldn’t even take a shower in the morning as the smell was so bad. For almost $300 a night this is unacceptable and will not be back!

Everything was so great!! We did lose a shoe when we were bringing our luggage in so we called to the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in through lost and found. The front desk lady was a little rude and short with me. She said no and that we had already called to check once and she told us it was not there. Which was not true because we had not called before so we were confused by that. Found the shoe at check out in lost and found the next day when we checked again with a different person. So other than that very minor encounter the place was great. Breakfast was good; lists of choices and the place was very clean and accommodating. Games in lobby as well to play with kids and the ppl was fun!

hotel was nice employees were friendly. biggest complaint was the fact there was no hot water during my stay. to not have hot water to shower bathe relax after spending your time out was unacceptable.

The hotel was ok. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk lady was nice and welcoming. The rooms were small and they seemed to use fresh paint to cover up the imperfections. The hallways had a weird smell to them. The walls were thin and you could hear people next to the room. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I like the convenience to the casino and the food options available in the same area but the hotel itself did not impress me.

One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The free breakfast was ok and I wish they sold the lemon hand soap they have in the rooms. Absolutely loved the blackout curtains they had and everyone was so friendly with my daughter.

As always, super pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean and modern, great breakfast options. Rooms on the small side but you are going for a place to STAY, not live. We will always return here when in Scottsdale.

I liked this hotel because it was simple and functional. The hooks were helpful and the theme was fun with the colors that they chose to decorate. The freeway is close, but you can’t really hear it. Great beds! Coffee in the morning was good, too.

Enjoyed the 2 options for breakfast. Staff was nice. Was there 4 nights and only 1 elevator was working the whole stay. Dirty room walls, but we used the room mostly to sleep atnight. A/C VERY loud but not loud enough to drain 50 mins of dog barking.
