Location was fantastic!
The property was in a great location in the center of the Arts District. It was clean and had everything we needed for our three day stay. It was walking distance to restaurants, a couple of breweries and several coffee/breakfast spots.
I did give the review a 4, because our check in process seemed very unorganized. Most places we have stayed have given us check in instructions at least the day before. We were sent our check in instructions about 6 hrs before check in. We were already on the road to Phoenix. 90% of the check in went smoothly, but we didn’t have a parking pass which was to be left in the unit as stated in the check in instructions. I was able to call that evening and speak with someone, who was supposed to get us a pass, so we wouldn’t be towed, but that didn’t happen. I called again the next morning to check the status and they said they were working on it. I later received a text saying that the pass could be printed out. I responded letting them know that I didn’t have access to a printer and that was the last I heard from anyone. Customer service and just blowing me off receives a zero. Luckily I wasn’t towed. In fairness there was an email sent out later with dining suggestions, things to do in the area and buried further down the page was how to print a parking pass. This was sent after the email for check in instructions, which gave different instructions concerning the parking pass. The owners need a singular procedure and work on customer service.
