Location and layout good. Management could improve.

The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution. This was a real problem since the dishwasher is useless. After five days we started called twice a day, and it was finally fixed AFTER SEVEN DAYS. Only one key fob is supplied. It only worked on the room and the gym, so you have to figure out which doors have broken security locks to get around the complex. This is inconvenient and not very secure in a downtown area. The gym downstairs is poor, but the one in the other building is quite good. The apartment's parking garage is very noisy at all hours with loud cars that set off multiple car alarms. Neighborhood was quite noisy on weekends.
