A Good Girl's Trip Rental

We had a foursome for a golfing trip and each of us had our own bedroom. Two had ensuite baths and two shared a bath. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with spices, paper goods, storage containers, and every dish you may want. Alarm system was also a plus. The carpet was stained on the stairs and landing but everything was very clean. Furniture very comfortable. It was perfect for our trip.

Great Experience

We've stayed at this property twice now and each time have had a wonderful experience! The rental property is on it. I locked myself out one day and by calling the company was let back in within minutes. The property is clean, large and has everything you could need! We will be coming back.

Great house - pool?

The house was nice and large. Everything was “just fine” but the room furnishings could use an upgrade… no king bed in master, no reading lamps by bedside (little things..) The queen bed was adequate for my wife and I but typically expect a king at least in master. Lots of room and great otherwise. I selected the property because it had a pool with a hit tub. However the pool had a note that in order for it to be heated you needed to provide 72 hrs advance notice for any heat including the hot tub so the main reason for selecting the property wasn’t available for use.

Perfect home for soccer getaway

What a beautiful home! This property was extremely clean and inviting upon entry. The kitchen was well-stocked with all kinds of gadgets, making post-game meals easy to prepare. The abundances of towels, toiletries, and soaps were appreciated. Our only criticism surrounds the beautiful pool. While deep-diving in the listing, it does say that it is unheated. However, there is no mention of heat at an additional cost or how to do that until you get there, and it needed to be done 72 hours prior to arrival (according to the paperwork in home). I didn’t even think to reach out prior to leaving, as getting 4 kids ready kept me busy enough! Maybe a button you can click when you book? This was not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The kids would have really appreciated a warmer pool:)

Spring break

Beautiful properrty and house. Its just as the photos and desscription says. Its close to alm the ammenitiez of the city but far enough out to avoid all the traffic. Only thing we wish there was more information on attractions around the area. Maybe a bluetooth speaker on the patio.

Nice Home in Peoria, Arizona

Property is as advertised and is a very nice and typical Arizona community. A few, relatively minor issues to address to get it to the next level but overall not likely to be significantly disappointed.

Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has ample amount of kitchen where glassware cooking utensils and pots. As well as seasonings salt and pepper - things that I didn’t think would come with the house. I was a little disappointed about the pool not being heated. I didn’t know we could heat. I didn’t see anything on the website about it. I found out that we had to give 72 hour notice to get it heated. But that was the only minor fall back

When looking for properties I was looking for heated pools this one popped out the pool was not heated it claims no pets allowed there was animal hair in the master bedroom upstairs a lot of blonde hair in the restroom dirty mats had to use the bath towels as mats, The neighbor to your right was very rude told us to move our vehicles because she need to use the driveway So her husband could come in-and-out, Was supposed to be a getaway felt like we were walking on tippitos Was supposed to be a getaway felt like we were walking on tippitos
