Scottsdale Parkview Resort
All Support Staff @ the Front Desk were very nice. Room was dirty and neglected. Grounds were dirty and not maintained. Photos on Expedia are totally outdated and a complete misrepresentation of the hotel. They were clearly taken 10+ years ago! Nothing is as shown in the photos.

The room was clean with good fixtures. The staff were friendly and helpful when one of our keycards stopped working, and they even provided us some spare utensils when we realized that we'd neglected to acquire some to eat our dinner with.
