"Excellent location 5-7 minutes from Ho Hoan Lake in the old quarters. Small hotel with 5 star service,breakfast buffet was super good and the staff very service minded with good English skills.Easy check in/out,reception desk very friendly and helpful."

"jimmy is very polite and helpful! He helped us figure out options for activities in Hanoi and he let us keep some of our stuff at the hotel while we went to hai long bay, so we didn't have to drag our big suitcases with us. The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay! :)"

"My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! Would recommend to anyone that would listen, this hotel is great the property is well kept, the service is absolutely amazing, this hotel will do anything to meet and exceed your requests! 5 stars, 10/10, would definitely stay here again!
