Great views, spacious large rooms, great people and service. Minor things can be improved (like a shower in the bathroom to make it more functional) , but overall my family of 7 had a great stay here.

What an amazing Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food Devine and the views and pool in our pool villa were superb. The property does need a little maintenance in rooms but they are if the hugest standard in cleanliness so you can overlook this. We will definitely be back again.

At check-in they said breakfast was part of our room. But later in the day said it was not and made us pay. It is also not clear that the hotel has NO restaurant. The customer service was pretty good with some minor issues. We requested a taxi and they forgot to call for it so we ended up waiting quite a while, we ordered breakfast to our room for a set time and it never arrived (they lost our breakfast paper so it had to be redone). We left the hotel before sunrise and there was no lighting near where the taxis pick up/entrance to the hotel, there was a step down I couldn’t see and nearly tripped. The view from the hotel was pretty and the pool was clean. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. There is only a bath with a shower nozzle, no actual shower. This made it difficult to bathe as I had to hold the shower handle and constantly adjust the water temperature and power, it would fluctuate from extreme hot to warm and the water pressure would adjust from normal to extreme/painful. The hotel charged 1000 baht for a ride to the airport and they had a taxi they would call to take you to Patong for 350 when the shuttle wasn’t running. For a ride back from Patong taxis wanted 500 and tuk tuks 400, they complained about the drive up the steep hill.

Top Zimmer haben bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade vom gartenblick auf Meerblick bekommen. Essen reichlich Frühstück super das beste ist der eigene Pool kann man gerne weiterempfehlen kommen wieder

Third time staying here. In fact we booked 3 nights and extended our stay for another 4 nights. Although out the way of shops, restaurants etc it is easy to book a cab through reception. We order room service for lunch and food always good. Staff very helpful, rooms spacious and clean. We like being out of the way. Kamala very close and Patong not too far either. Having your own pool is perfect. We really love it here. Highly recommend

Our third time staying here. We really like it. Our own little piece of tranquillity. Nicely hidden out the way but easily accesible to Kamala and Patong. Having a private pool with our room is perfect. Room service food is good and we usually dmbring our own cereal for breakfast.

A great place to get away from it all.

The hotel is comfortable and it was a delight to just relax and chill by your own individual pool. The food is nothing special but worth it is you are just looking to unwind without hassle. I enjoyed my Thai green curry and Tom Yum soup, as well as the delicious prawns. It was an ideal setting for a long weekend away from the hustle bustle of Shanghai. The 3 nights were perfect and the trip was topped of with a short shopping visit to Phuket town on our last day. We will return.

不知所謂 完全沒有服務態度 尤其員工 簡直言語都不能形容 私人泳池 危險到不得了 泳池內磁磚 已經損毀 幾乎隻腳踩落去一定見血 本身酒店可以租車 唔知點解 日日都話畀你聽full咗 但係我親眼見到員工打眼色， 到第二日 我再問有冇車租 本來有一個員說還有 一架電單車。 但另一個 員工 同佢打眼色 之後又話full咗 仲好笑到叫我哋自己搭車去芭東海灘租車 電視有冇得睇 要員工整 佢望兩望就話冇辦法 叫你睇youtube 其實我第一日入住 我見到員工面口 都好醒目地派曬貼士 但係幫唔到幾多 我諗如果冇畀貼士 都唔知點算 仲有好多不滿意我都費事講啦 總之 千祈千祈唔好租這裏 真係會嘥咗你嘅 旅遊 心情 。 就算唔使錢送畀我住 。我打死都唔會再住

Du luxe très abordable

A l'écart de la route et isolé, vous vous retrouverez dans une forêt où la nuit venue vous entendrez la faune nocturne s'exprimer, plongé dans votre piscine privative en regardant au loin la mer éclairée par la lune. Une réceptionniste qui vous accueille avec une boisson fraîche et surtout un anglais de très bon niveau. Pour manger, l'hotel vous propose un service en chambre, tout comme le petit déjeuner on vous demandera de choisir le genre de déjeuner désiré (continentale, anglais ou américain) à votre arrivée, nous reviendrons c'est sure!

Amala Grand Bleu Resort Kammala Beach Phuket DO NOT STAY at this hotel. In addition to the staff ripping off tourists and fleecing them of their money the rooms are dangerous and it is difficult to get anyone to help you that can speak English. For example i had a nasty fall in the bathroom because the floor is smooth ceramic tiles and I ended up in hospital with little assistance from the staff because they couldn’t speak English. To add insult to injury we were then billed 3 times for the hotel room (for a 12-night stay) The 3rd amount was refunded to us eventually but we only got 50% of the 2nd amount due to a dispute about our booking . If you stay at this hotel DO NOT GIVE your credit card details under ANY circumstances! We have contacted both the Thailand and Australian authorities but they can do little to help us. If we could rate this hotel lower than 1 we would! Please be aware if you do decide to stay there.

Hotel is 15mins away from Patong center and free hotel shuttle to city center is very limited. But landscape from the hotel is excellent and it’s so quiet to relax We definitely recommend this place

I stayed in 2 different room types - partial seaview and grand seaview. Room size was good and both had a big pool. However, we felt the view for grand seaview room hardly differed from partial seaview. Also, the grand seaview room does not come with a shower stall. It only has a bathtub that comes with a handheld shower head with a very short hose. I had to squat/kneel in the bathtub when showering. Food quality needs major improvement. Resort provided a free shuttle to Jungceylon at regular intervals, which is much appreciated. Smart TV in the rooms comes with Netflix. For a 3 star property, i would say it has tried its best in terms of service. But standard things like lacking a proper shower facility should not have been looked over.
