Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused.

Beautiful resort with biggest pool in Patong!

The resort is very large with beautiful tropical gardens but is so spaced out it is still private. Has 3 pools, largest is incredible, they now have water slides. Breakfast menu very good,plenty of variety. Staff are very friendly, full security, never felt unsafe. Resort at bottom of Patong so is quiet but close enough to walk to beach and to town for all the action. Lovely night market with delicious food! close by for meals at night. Whole experience amazing!

The outdoor facilities were excellent however the junior suite rooms were not suitable for three persons, even though on-line booking allowed it. Even though the reservation was for three persons the room were only setup for two, I had to ask for extra sheets, pillows, water, robe, slippers etc to accommodate three persons.

I use this place every time I go to Phuket. I have been here for 10 years now and even though time has passed, the staff is always friendly and the food is especially delicious. The staff at the garden restaurant in front of the lobby were so friendly that I should have asked her name... My son loves chicken steak so much that we went there every night. If you are with children and family, you must use this place. They are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I already want to go there again. I will go back soon.

Very big pool. Plenty of sun beds. Big quiet rooms. Breakfast not great. Away from noise but can walk to Patong beach.

We had the best stay at this resort. The property is huge and the 3 pools are amazing and not crowded. It’s conveniently steps away from patong Beach and the shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and are very accommodating. We booked many tours through the resort and the employee that helped us was able to book us every tour we wanted with no problems including taxi services. I would stay here again. If you are going to stay in patong beach, I highly recommend this resort! The property has security and we felt incredibly safe.
