Great location near Nai Yang beach

Great location for volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, quiet, clean, every facility I required plus Netflix was a bonus. Close to Nai Yang beach which is a lovely location for dinner right on the beach watching the sun go down. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would be very happy to stay here again

Awesome location, great value & beautiful service

Return trip prior to heading home. This family is so welcoming and kind. Loved my second stay as much as the first time. There is an asian water monitor who lives in the waterway that runs past the accommodation and is impressive to see.

Very welcoming and accomodating. Oil pastels have been used over the smooth cement walls by other guests leaving their mark … very cute! Beach and markets is a short stroll down the path shared with motorcycles.

Loved everything. The family were so friendly and helpful,with a sense of gratitude that we chose to stay with them. It’s close proximity to the airport for onward flights was a real bonus and there was no noise pollution from said Airport.

スタッフの方が親切で丁寧で本当に居心地が良かったです。ナイヤンビーチも静かでローカル感あるビーチなので、のんびりしたい方や刺激を求めない方（笑）は本当にオススメです。看板犬にも癒されました。バックパック背負って空港から歩いて行きましたが、炎天下の下ではかなりキツかったので、徒歩ではあまりオススメしないです。帰りは空港までタクシーを手配してくれました。200Bでした。セキュリティボックスのカギが壊れてたのか、かけ方が分からなかったのがマイナス点くらいで、何も不満はなく心地良く過ごせました。

Tolles Hotel, 5 Minuten zum Strand, 2 km vom Flugh

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, AC, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Besteck, Teller, Tassen, ectr. Frühstücksbuffet auch in Ordnung. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, habe 2x meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Insgesamt war ich 7 Nächte da und habe nix zu meckern. Zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuss, zum ATM, Familymart auch. Zur Haltestelle vom Airportbus nach Phuket 5 Minuten zu laufen. Der Bus fährt jede Std., Fahrplan liegt im Zimmer aus, sollte man auf jeden Fall nutzen um für kleines Geld nach Phuket Altstadt zu kommen, da die Taxipreise auf Phuket sehr teuer sind!!! Jederzeit würde ich dort wieder buchen!

Nice hotel

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Clean, modern and 5 minutes from the beach. Little shop next to it seems drinks and food. Be aware a building is going up next door but this didn't bother us as most of the time was spent at the beach. Hotel staff helpful though they did give me a 6:45 wake up that wasn't booked nor apologised for which stopped the score being better as a sorry costs nothing. If happily stay here again

Great place next to airport less than 10 min drive. Best to ask them to book taxi to or pick up from airport for cheaper rate. 200 baht to go to airport. 300 baht from airport to hotel.

Value for Money, but be prepared to walk!

Room is big, it's actually attached with a tv area and a small pantry. Bed extra comfy. Toilet sufficient and new with a rain shower. Pool upstairs, superb. Negative, be prepared to walk 10 minutes in small lanes to get out to the main road where there are shops. Gets very dark. Very far from beach

Best hotel stay in Thailand!

Ideo Phuket was the best hotel stay of my entire trip to Thailand and me and my friends stayed at 4 different hotels! The employees were excellent! The owner was so informative, accommodating, far with pricing and just an all around great person. The owner's excellent customer service reflected on her staff since everyone and I mean everyone we encountered was respectful, helpful and accommodating and just nice people. Sadly, I can't say my experience at the other places were the same. The rooms were very clean! Sheets were white and beds were pretty comfortable. The floors, phones, desks and bathroom was cleaned by someone with OCD clearly, because I saw no dirt, anywhere! The hotel was very close to the airport and the airport transfer was excellent. Mr Vee the driver is great! There are food places right next to the beach literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and an outside massage set up that was great! Food was excellent as well, we visited 3 food places while we stayed at Ideo, all were great! To sum it up I had a wonderful stay, would come back if I ever visited Thailand again and this hotel should be upgraded to 5 stars! Thank you so much Ideo Phuket hotel for being one of the few positive experiences I had in Thailand!!

The hotel is very close to top beaches in the area. We had only one night with a lot of noice from other hotel visitors. The hotel is very nice. However I would recommend to rent a scooter from next door. 250 tbh per day. The scooter is great way to move around

Great hotel near airport & beach

We loved our stay at Ideo hotel. They arranged an airport transfer for us, so a gentleman was waiting at the airport for us when we arrived at 1:15 am, which was a relief after a long journey. Check in was easy, and breakfast the next day was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night here, but would absolutely go back. It’s close to a national park beach, and very close to the airport. Great intro to Thailand!
