Nice hotel with great pool

The pool was nice. Had great ambience. The rooms was nicely done up with a Thai flair. Good value hotel. Thumbs up.

Nedgånget hotel

Inget på hotels.com stämde här.smutsig pool,ingen pratade engelska,dammigt på rummet ,ingen sauna o jacuzzi fanns. Lägg pengarna på annat boende! Ryssen har kört stället i botten

Varning för hotellets placering

Enligt kartan är hotellets placering vid rondellen i Karon Beach. I verkligheten ligger det i Kata vid utfarten till Phuket Town. Jag trodde jag skulle få 5 min promenad till stranden i Karon men fick 30 min promenad till stranden i Kata. Det är inte fair play att lura gästerna med var hotellet ligger. Dessutom skulle det finnas gym på hotellet enligt beskrivningen och det stämde inte heller. I övrigt var hotellet ok men varför luras?

Hôtel horriblement bruyant en bord de route à fuir

Hôtel en bord de route, sur une descente, bruit de véhicule en accélérations en permanence impossible de dormir, surtout dans les chambres côté route! J'ai pu être changée de chambre à part une nuit passée dans l'une des chambre en bord de route, pendant laquelle je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, même des boules quies sont inutiles. Mais j'ai dû attendre de 14h à 19h le 2ème jour pour récupérer ma nouvelle chambre, un peu moins bruyante. Mais aucune excuse de la part de l'hôtel, ni chambre pour attendre. Donc 5h passées à l'accueil en attendant.. Tous les 2 jours, je devais demander à un technicien de venir réparer la climatisation qui ne refroidissait plus. L'hôtel est en travaux, bruits constants. Outils et matériaux partout dans l'hôtel, pots de peinture, scies électriques, meuleuse, planches, marteaux, etc. Loin de la mer, à plus de 2 kms à pied alors qu'indiqué en bord de mer sur la carte. Indiqué à 500 m du marché et du temple, c'est faux! Au moins 1km! Fitness room et sauna fermés, pas d'info par l'hôtel. Restaurant fermé, à part pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les 2 chambres où j'ai été logée. Aucun service de guide touristique comme indiqué sur leur brochure/ site internet. Piscine minuscule, seulement 4 transats et en bord de route. Je ne recommande à personne de séjourner dans cet hôtel très mal placé, hormis par rapport aux restaurants qui sont vraiment moins touristiques que ceux que l'on peut trouver au centre-ville de Kata

preiswertes Hotel

Ich war Gast in diesem Hotel für 21 Tage. Bedauerlicher weise hat das Hotel seine Glanzzeit bereits für ein paar Jahre überschritten. Die Einrichtung entspricht zwar weitesgehend dem Prospekt ist aber abgewohnt. Die Betten sind für mein Empfinden noch mit "gut" zu bezeichnen. Als absolut nicht gut muß man die tägliche Zimmerreinigung einschätzen, abgesehen von der täglichen Versorgung mit Trinkwasser. Die Frühstückversorgung war bestimmt von der Anzahl der Hotelgäste, wenige Gäste auch geringes Speiseangebot, bei Gästeanzahl über 50% hingegen als sehr schmackhaft und ausreichend zu bezeichnen. Das beste im Hotel war der kleine Pool, dessen Wasserqualität immer vorbildlich war. Die Entfernung zum Strand möchte ich mit ca. 15 - 20 min. Laufzeit angeben. Empfehlenswert ist hier das Mieten eines Motorbikes, das u.a. auch vom Hotel angeboten wird. Die Lobby ist nahezu rund um die Uhr besetzt, jedoch mangelt es mitunter an Verständigungsproblemen. Positiv erwähnt werden muß, daß die Check out -Zeiten sehr großzügig gehalten werden, was besonders bei meiner zeitlich späten Abreise von Vorteil war. Die Lärmbelästigung durch die direkt vorbeiführende Hauptverkehrsstrasse wird von der Lage des Zimmers maßgebend bestimmt.

Этот отель для тех, кому нужно просто переночевать. Постельные комплекты, матрац, одеяло, простыни в ужасных пятнах. (я останавливался дважды в разных номерах). Учитывайте расположение отеля!!! Мне было всё равно, так как я знаю как когда куда и где, но над остальными постояльцами было "смешно", тогда когда они высказывали претензии... Друзья, прежде чем покупать тур, смотрите где находится отель!!! И оценивайте ту цену, которую Вы платите с тем, что Вы желаете получить!!! Если эта оценка есть, значит, Вы будите довольны! Всем приятного отдыха. Пхукет, то место куда хочется возвращаться постоянно если Вы знаете, что хотите и за что заплатили.

Pessima esperienza

L'hotel viene riportato su Hotel.com come albergo sulla spiaggia (ben visibile dalla mappa). In realtà si trova in collina a 4 km dal mare. Inoltre è pessimo, la camera è piccola e sporca. Abbiamo seduta stante dovuto prenotare un altro albergo per lo stesso periodo.

Fruktansvärt! Bott 4 gånger tidigare på detta hotell. Nya ägare sen 2 år tillbaka som kört det i botten. Det lilla rum vi fick har tidigare använts av enbart personal. Balkongen va igenmurad med ett fönster. Ingen wifi, poolvattnet va smutsigt. Få och enbart trasiga poolmöbler. Ingen restaurang. Ingen bar... Det som utlovades stämde inte alls. Vi ville inte bo där och blev lovade pengarna tillbaka då dom hyrde ut vårt rum. Var där 4 gånger i några dagar men fick inga pengartrots att dom hyrde ut det vi betalat för. Är mycket besviken då jag inte fått någon upprättelse från varken hotell,expedia och hotels.com.

När jag kom till hotellet så var rummet skitit. Personalen försökte inte ens att fixa till det. Efter tre timmars diskussion så valde jag, trött och hungrig att byta hotell. Vem vill sova i skitiga sängar? Sängborden var så dammiga att jag kunde skriva i dammet. Vid poolen var solstolarna trasiga. Ingen service på detta hotell.

Great value for money

This hotel is really nice, a great value for money that you pay. The room was big, the hotel staff was really friendly all the time, helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is a bit far from the seaside but we rented a scooter so it wasn't a problem for us.

Var här 2 veckor i Feb-15. VARNING! Hotellet ligger inte där det påstås via googlemaps. Utan längst bort ovanför Kata längs stora vägen. Inget fel på hotellet som sådant, men som sagt läget gör att man känner sig lurad från början.

Okay hotel, poor location

As someone who has spent the better part of 3 years in Thailand over the last 7+ years, my comments on hotels are by what is Thai standard and not western standard although my ranking reflect what the average western person expects. This is a typical accommodation for the price in Karon/Kata Beach area. The hotel is decent. We rented a large room with 2 queen beds and it was good. The staff is hit and miss with their English. The breakfast is okay. The big negative is the location. The road outside the is four lanes and is the main artery connecting Karon to Phuket and it is very busy and loud. Transportation is a must whether you rent a motorcycle or hire taxis and the beach is quite a distance away so walking is not a good option.
