The property is just beside the patong sea, so the view is amazing especially when u have your breakfast in the morning, aprt from that it gives great breakfast and quiet place.

I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly nothing seemed to be a problem to them. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the quiet end of the beach road, but literally a 10 minute walk to the busier part of Pa Tong. I've stayed in this area before and the hotel did not disappoint me.

I liked everything in this hotel. Nice location, walkable distance to shopping and restaurants and quiet at the same time. VERY NICE BREAKFAST!!! The building is old but clean! 24 hours reception with English speaking people (they always ready to help). The only one thing we didn’t like- one lady at the bar was asking higher price for drinks and ice cream (the price was lower at the menu)

We have stayed here 3 times in various grades of rooms. This trip was in a Deluxe Room number 108. A good size room; however, this will need a refresh as the paint is starting to flake on some walls. Apart from that the room is ideally located with super fast WiFi. Point to note. The patio door to the outside is not soundproofed so if there are other guests having a late night party. Prepare to join in. Overall the hotel is great value for the money and in a quiet spot along the road.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for six nights, and I absolutely loved every moment spent on the property. Before booking, I came across a few negative reviews regarding maintenance issues, but honestly, given the massive size of the property, occasional hiccups are understandable. That said, the staff were incredibly alert and responsive—resolving any minor issues promptly and with a great attitude. Room & Housekeeping: Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was top-notch—every day the room was cleaned while we were out for breakfast, and everything was neatly presented on our return. Water bottles and towels were replenished as often as we needed, and each room included a dehumidifier, which made the stay much more comfortable. Food & Dining: The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it—highly recommended when booking your stay. There was a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, juice, a rotating selection of hot items, meats, and a live omelette station. Room service was consistently fast and impressive. I ordered lunch and dinner a few times (especially loved the Red Curry and Massaman Curry), and the food quality was great every time. If you want more variety, you can also order via Grab app. Facilities & Location: The pool area is lovely, catering to all age groups—there’s even a plunge pool for kids. I liked the view and the location I didn’t like the conditions of the room it was old and need a lot of renovation And the policy of no visitors it was really not ethical they charged me a thousand baht every time someone is coming to visit me in my room and it’s inappropriate
