“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.”

“The room was clean but very dated and quite noisy.
I could hear the neighbours talking clearly through the walls and there was a boiler or something similar that fired up periodically at all times of the day.
The shower door was broken and the shower didn’t drain fast enough to prevent the shower tray completely filling with water.
All in all it was fine though for the price and the location was good, just a 10 min walk to the old town.”
